You were laying on the couch in your 26th floor apartment, listening to Ji-ae blabber on about her latest drama.
"And then she told me that I couldn't go into the VIP section because her dad has some drama going on with my dad" she scoffed before continuing, "Something about her getting kicked out of training. But whatever, she didn't have what it takes to make it big anyways."
She groaned, picking up the TV remote from the coffee table.
"Anyways, Daddy said he'll let us move into a better apartment if I ace my exams next week. A freaking penthouse! Only problem is I don't want to study anymore.." she whined, flipping through the channels on the TV.
"Ji, I don't think it's good for Min-Jun if we switch apartments again." you argued, lightly playing with the hair of the toddler sleeping in your arms.

She looked over at him, smiling warmly.
"That's true." she murmured, reaching over to tickle the boy's feet.
Min-Jun squirmed in his sleep, snuggling into you further.
"I need to keep my spot as best auntie in the world don't I little man?" she cooed, fixing his little sock before turning her attention back to the TV.
"I still can't believe he's almost 4 years old already.." you groaned, "He needs to stop growing up so fast."
Ji-ae laughed, shaking her head at you.
"That's such a motherly thing to say, I thought you'd be happy to be out of the diaper phase"
You shuddered, remembering all the mess before you had thankfully and successfully, potty trained the boy.
"Don't remind me" you scoffed.
Giving up on finding something interesting to watch, Ji put on the news channel, turning down the volume and bringing her legs up onto the sofa.
"Y/N, are you ever going to tell me who the father is?" she asked suddenly, peering over at you.
"I've told you a hundred times Ji, I don't know who it is."
"It would have been what? Almost five years ago now?" she started, pausing for a moment before continuing, "We were just at the end of 12th grade, and you were hardly going out at that time. You always had your head stuck in a book."
You let out a deep sigh.
I really wish she'd just drop this conversation.
"You were studying every single day, I don't think you even went out on a date that entire year..."
You stared straight ahead at the TV, eyes locked onto the image being displayed on the screen.
"BTS has broken yet another record! Their new single 'Boy With Luv' racking up 74.6 million views in its first day of release!"
