CHAPTER 22

Scarlett's P.O.V

I woke up to a rock hard chest that belongs to my best friend underneath me. I slowly got out of bed, trying not to wake him up. I went downstairs and saw Emma drinking a cup of coffee by the window.

"Goodmorning Em." I said and she jumped slightly.

"Hey, I didn't see you there." She said walking over to me. I poured my own coffee and sat on one of the bar stools. She sat beside me and we drank in a comfortable silence.

"Are you ok Scar?" She asked and I pondered on the question and asked my self in my head, am I ok?

"I don't know." I said and she gave me a sad smile.

"You don't need to worry about me Em, I'm fine." I said giving her tight lipped smile.

"You know, it has been a long while since we had a girls day out and I think, today you need this, care to join me?" She asked.

"Definitely. Let's leave Tyler some breakfast because more than likely, we are gonna get breakfast wherever we're going." I said and she went upstairs to get ready. I made him some chocolate chip pancakes  and a class of chocolate milk beside it. I wore a note letting him know where we went.

I went back up to my room and he was still fast asleep on my bed. I shook my head and went to the shower. I took a quick shower and came out and got dressed in a pair of black skinny jeans, a white crop top, my black leather jacket and a pair of white air force. I went downstairs and saw Emma dressed and ready. When she saw me, her mouth fell open.

"How do you manage to always look good?" She asked and I chuckled.

"I could asked you the same thing. I said smacking her ass and giving her a wink.

"Oh darling, it's a natural thing." She said flipping her hair over her shoulder and we burst out in fits of laughter. I can always count on her and Tyler to bring my mood up when am not at my best.

We went to the garage and took out the keys to my first baby, my white jaguar. We got in and started driving to who knows where.

"Em, where are we going?" I asked looking over at her.

"I don't know, the mall?" She suggested and I nodded.

"The mall it is." I said and I started to speed through the streets with music pumping in the car, Em and I singing along. When we got there, we were just walking around until Emma decided to go into Vicky Secret. After that, we just went to multiple stores. Morphe, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Nike, and Rolex.

I stopped at Rolex to get something for  Tyler's birthday. His birthday is like in 3 days but I wanted to get it early because I'm usually a last minute shopper. Emma got him a sweatsuit at Gucci along with flip flops to match. This bitch is getting spoiled.

Finally, we got some food and sat in the food court and ate. When we were done, we left to go home. I took our gifts and hid them somewhere in my room because if she hid them in her's he might find it. I placed the rest of the bags at the foot of my bed and fell back onto the mattress. I closed my eyes to just relax my brain. I heard a knock at the door and I muttered a 'come in' without opening my eyes. I heard the door opened and closed.

"Scar." The person said and I  opened my eyes and was met with emerald green ones.

"Aiden, what are you doing here?" I asked sitting up, so I was resting on my elbows.

"Emma called me and said that I should come and comfort you." He said and I rolled my eyes.

"EMMA!!!"I shouted in a warning tone.
