I was loading my stuff into my mom's SUV as Twone was sitting in the car on his phone " antwone you could've helped me instead of sitting on your phone & shit " I joked
" I just had to lug my shit down stairs what you mean " he laughed " yeah but ain't no one tell you to pack your whole closet " I playfully rolled my eyes as Cassandra & Jason pulled up with Shawn in the backseat " Bestfriend " Cassandra ran up giving me a tight hug " girl I'm gon be back ughh " I whined
" I know but still who I'm hang out with though " she whined , " Jason , Shawn yo Lil friend Xavier " I rolled my eyes at that name " fuck him I cussed him.out yesterday bout you " she shook her head
" good anyway I just finished lugging my stuff in the backseat since Twone bitch ass ain't wanna help me " I pointed
" quit talking shit bitch nigga " he opened the door & said " hoe nigga " I clapped back " ya momma oh shit nah " he laughed " ooou I'm telling mom what you said " I laughed " I heard him what you said antwone ? " mom came outside & asked as she handed me my plane ticket.
" nothing ma " he laughed " yeah alright cuss again & you to you ain't slick " she hit me in the head " why you ain't hit him " I whined as I rubbed my head & Shawn started laughing.
" I'm get to him in a min " she whispered.
" anyway y'all riding with us ? " I asked as I got in the backseat , they climbed in with me as mom got in shutting the door before starting up the car & backing out the driveway before taking off down the road.
" y'all plane leaves in 35 minutes & we have 20 to get you there "mom said as she was driving fast as hell , we drove by my school " I'll be back " I looked put the window.
As we stopped at a stoplight mom reached over & hit Twone repeatedly " that's for cussing " she laughed as he curled up & covered his head " & that's for talking bout momma " I got a lick in
" man - " he turned around hitting me
" stop " I shouted as I laughed " boy sit down I'm finna start driving " mom smacked his arm. As he sat down I smacked his head making him shout
" I got you Leon " he pointed " can't beat me luv " I stuck out my tongue.
The rest of the ride was filled with me & Twone arguing & mom telling us to hush over & over again , after awhile we made it to the airport.
" oh my gosh " Cassandra started tearing up " Cassandra oh my god " I chuckled as we got out & grabbed our suitcases out the back as mom went & grabbed a baggage cart for all our stuff.
We walked in & checked in at the ticket counter getting our boarding passes heading upstairs where we got on the train that takes us to our gate , Cassandra was leaning on me holding my arm while we was heading to my gate " Cassandra you gon make me cry " I said as I felt myself tearing up
" y'all some crybabys " Twone joked making us look at him like " bitch shut up "
" Twone be quiet before I slap you upside your head again " mom eyed him.
" any passengers boarding delta airlines to new York please make your way to gate D74 " a lady came on the intercom at the gate & said & I noticed they were already boarding " alright my son's please be safe & call me when you land please " mom hugged us tightly.
After pulling away I hugged Jason then Shawn who kissed my neck on the sly & saved Cassandra for last as soon as I hugged her this bitch started crying , I had to cry with her " aww " everyone cooed as she sobbed lightly on my shoulder " I'm be back okay " I rubbed her back
" you better facetime me everyday I'm not playing " she pulled away & said " okay okay calm down " I laughed as we wiped our tears " alright we gotta go call y'all when we land okay " I reassured before we said our goodbye's they walked off as we turned walked over & gave the lady our boarding passes before walking thru the door down the jet bridge towards the plane.
I began recording myself " bye Atlanta I'll be back soon its been real..for now ... " I smiled in the Camera " BYE Y'ALL " Twone shouted in my camera before I ended it.
We quickly boarded the plane & took our seats , I sat next to the window staring out at the airport waiting for everyone to board the plane , after 30 minutes of waiting it was time to go.
" good morning this is your captain speaking we will be taking off shortly so if we could ask put your phones on airplane mode & strap in your seatbelts & be prepared for takeoff in about a few mins if you have any questions feel free to call one of our flight attendants thank you "
" new York here we come " I smiled " hell yeah " Twone chuckled.
After a few mins the plane began moving slowly making me look out the window , I watched as the plane turned on the ramp getting ready for takeoff.
The plane began moving faster before I felt us being lifted into the air over the airport I looked out the window & saw my mom's car at the stop light as they was out the window waving " Twone look look " he looked over & started waving as if they could see us.
I began recording while waving .
