The L.O.C. method serves to retain and seal moisture in your hair by using three ingredients: Liquid, Oil and Cream. You can also do it in an L.C.O. order depending on what your hair likes best.
Liquid: For a liquid you can use water, leave-in conditoner or a liquid water based product.
Oil: This part speaks for itself. You can use any natural oil that your hair likes. Some good examples to use are: Olive, Jojoba, Castor, Coconut, Avocado, Argon and Grapeseed.
Cream: Here you can use any moisturizing cream, butters, hair milk and if you want you can even use leave-in conditioner (if haven't already in the Liquid part).
