Deep Conditioning

Deep condition is a great thing for hair. There are two types of deep conditioners: protein and moisture. It is up to your hair how much you should deep condition and whether you need to use protein or moisture deep conditioners more often. However if you are at the start of your hair journey its best to keep things simple and just use a deep conditioner that is meant to moisturize your hair. Of course it can depend on how your hair is like when you start your journey. If you start it off with hair that is damaged from straightening it's a good idea to introduce moisture first. If you start with bleached, fried hair definitely include protein. Leaving in the deep conditioner for a max of 30 minutes should be enough time for its benefits to work fully, but of course everyone's hair is different so experiment a bit with time to see what works the best for your hair.
