As Rider and Astrid were in the cove, once Snotlout woke up he went looking for who he thought was his future bride being that he was to be Cheif one day.

As he was walking he heard splashing and went to check it out. Finally after a few minutes he walked up to what seemed to be a cove.

He noticed two dragons. One being a Nadder and the other a --Nightfury. He crouched down behind a tree and seen Rider himself as he was about to rush him he found Astrid- whom he wanted to marry kissing Rider.

Anger poured into the viking as he ran back to the village.

He went straight to the Cheif obviously. "Are you sure it's what you saw," Asked Stoick. "Yes Chief she's a traitor, she is working with him." Snotlout said.

Stoick stood angrily and started to walk fast towards the forest. He stopped and told Snotlout to show him.

A few minutes pass and they reach the cove. They find Astrid leaning into the traitor Hiccup.

Pain filled Stoick as this is what he always wanted for his son.

Suddenly he was tackled to the ground by the one and only Nightfury!

Stormfly sat on Snotlout so he couldn't move. Toothless was starting to go for the kill before Stoick heard the boy growl at the dragon.

Back and forth they went growling at each other before eventually the dragon...rolled his eyes?

Then walked off. I stand up as I look to my son. "Why did you save me after all I've done?" Asked Stoick. The boy thought of his words carefully before saying, " I want peace between Vikings and dragons." Its all I've ever wanted."

The cheif nods understanding finally after all these years.

A storm cutter suddenly landed near the Vikings and a masked figure got off.

She took off her mask again and sorrow filled the two older people. "Val," Stoick started. "Will you come home, will you be my wife again, I'm so sorry for everything." A tear rolls down the chiefs face.

The women looks to him in glee. "Yes!" The two hug and pull Rider in. You guys can move back, we can be a family again!" Shouts Stoick. 

Stormfly get off of Snotlout and walks over to Astrid. "Can I keep her?" Stoick laughs, "Of course, I hearby allow all dragons to live peacefully on Berk!"

The 4 Vikings start to celebrate but unknowing to them Snotlout draws out a dagger. "If I can't have her, no one can!" Shouts Snotlout.

He then throws the dagger hard at Astrid but before anyone can  react Rider using his speed that he's learned over the years pushes Astrid out of the way.

Unfortunately not quick enough as the dagger lodges in his side and he grunts with pain.

He took off his armor to go swimming. Astrid catches him before he hits the hard ground. "No!" She screams. Toothless growls loudly as he grabs Snotlout and flies him to the next dragon infested island.

He quickly flies back as he makes sure Hiccup is okay. To his horror hes now passed out.

With his parents holding him and Astrid crying. He licks at the wound on his side and luckily his healing saliva starts to kick in.

Stoick carries Hiccup to the infirmary as everyone follows close behind.
