Lately, Amra has been acting really really strange.

Ever since what happened two years ago, she has been in a shell. She has refused to open up to anyone so I decided to write her this poem to make her talk to me or something.

Ameer is the sweetest twin brother ever. His poem is so beautiful.

When you fall, I promise to catch you. That part really touched me. I felt it but I he's right.

I can't keep crying over something that happened two years ago.

I'm over Sadiq. He caused me a lot of pain but I forgive him.

The Lord forgives so who am I to not forgive him?

I have finally turned over a new leaf. I won't let the affairs of the past haunt me forever, what am I? A telemundo actress?

I got into the bathroom and looked at my reflection in the mirror.

I've really changed. I'm skinnier than before like oh my fanta I've lost a lot of weight. I don't take care of myself anymore.

I let those words sink in.

I have to be me again. I need to leave this freaking shell. I need to let go.

I decided to have a bath with scented soaps and candles.

I filled the tub with really hot water. I put in some coconut bubble bath soap, lavender and vanilla soaps.

I then lit the lavender scented candles and finally I removed the ribbon from my hair.

I got into the tub and let the heat consume me. It was so relaxing that I felt like staying here forever. As the teen titans say, "The bathroom is a place of magic."

I stayed in the tub for an hour or two. I only got out when I realised that the water was getting cold.

I rinsed myself and went back to my room. I brought out a pair of blue underwear, a blue bubu and a black scarf from my closet.

After dressing up, I used the carrot face cleanser I hardly ever use.

I wore slides and went downstairs.

"My sister is finally back!" Ya Maryam screamed.

I hugged her and she kept on complaining about me being lost.

I went over to Ameer and hugged him.

"Thank you," I whispered.

"You're welcome."

I smiled and hugged him again

"Where are mama and baba?"

"They travelled with your aunt." Ameer answered.

"Oh. Well, I'm going out guys. Wish me luck."

"Alright. Bye."

I stood outside the gate as I waited for the uber.

At the venue

You're here Amra. Be calm I told myself but I wasn't listening because I was too nervous.

I got into the restaurant and spotted Sadiq.

"Hey. You came." He said happily as he tried to hug me but I pushed him away.

"Hi." He led me to the table and I found a woman.

"Amra. This is my mother."

"Good afternoon." I said to the woman I didn't even recognize as Mufeedah's mother.

"What's going on?"

"Don't move." Someone said from behind me.
