Humming of the universe

Fascination for fantasy,

developed during dormancy

Eyes kept widening,

whenever I came across curious cases.

My little mind would be blown again and again,

who knew books were weapon of mass destruction.

Dusty, coughing outcast waiting for someone to go on adventure with.

And then I noticed

tiny silky threads out of my ears

I tracked it back

to find them

kissing the surface of moon.

The climbing egg tells me of thousands world I could never see,

but

that string vibrates and resonates all the melody of the universes

I would never visit.

The strings kept ascending to new heights.

Voice of archangels kept hitting high notes,

man on moon breathe the lower ones.

Oh! My destiny was so clear.

I would spun threads together , would make a web and weave a dress that all who wears them can feel upon their skin

the warmth and humming of stars.

I would cover their flesh and heal their wounds.

At least that was the plan.

But when I sang my lyrics,

someone clapped my mouth. First of many to follow.

One by one

hundreds of hand of those unfortunate

who were deaf to new reason,

who were blind to changed season

burried my thoughts alive.

Years have collected my name, my story and my existence.

At least that was the ending ,

I thought .

Someone guided me ,

in the dead of the night.

I followed fireflies ,

the wise monks of shadows.

They danced upon a piece of land I recognized as my nest.

I chew through the dirt

making my tunnel to hell

Or so I thought.

Six feet in

I found a fine coffin

and I planned to do grave robbery.

Jesus! I was going to meet Satan anyway ,

might as well take a gift.

You know , formalities and stuff

That's what I thought

but as it turns out

you can't rob your own grave.

I found the child that was missing in mirrors for long time,

and I found a box clutched in his tiny hands like it was his soul.

I opened it and found

a clump of old strings

dead

or so I thought

Let me tell ya ,

a spark do wonders in igniting a fire.

I decided to stop thinking

and just dance to the beats

man on the moon was dropping.
