Son of What?

(I just want to let everyone know that I don't owe Olympus or anything but hope you enjoy the story.)

Do you believe in God? Or Gods? will you should because they're real and without them Earth would have chaos of life and death. My name is Terion and you probably never heard of me. Well that's because I'm the youngest son of Zeus. I'm pretty sure you remember him. See his siblings were eaten by a titan name Kronos aka their father. My father defeated my grandfather, took over his throne, became the god of lighting, and he had children of his own but he never ate them. You pretty much know some of his children like Apollo, Artemis, or Hercules. But the thing is he's proud of all of them except one. Me.

Yep The youngest of the family, but I hate being a god, but to be honest I don't think I am a god cause I don't know what I'm a god of. Like The God of Wind or Souls or something like that (you get the picture) anyways my father Zeus hates me. Almost everyone hates me, and sometimes I wish I wasn't a son of god. Anyways I'm Fourteen and I try to impress people but so far nothing. I'm a joke, a failure. Everyone knows that but the one that doesn't think that is Hades the God of the Underworld. Yep you heard me the God of the Underworld. Now just because he lives in hell doesn't mean he's evil, my uncle has a heart is just that he needs to find a key to unlock his heart.

Anyways as I go down the Underworld I see my uncle. "Hey Uncle", I said "Ahh Hello Nephew and how are you?", he asked "Oh you know trying to get away from things", I replied "What do you mean Nephew?", he asked. "Well you know how much Everyone hates me including my father", I said looking down and sighed. "No one hates you Nephew they love you, they just have a different way of loving you", he said. I smiled Uncle Hades has always been there for me and I almost forgot my mother Hera doesn't hate either she actually loves me and doesn't hate me. "I guess", I said. "Be strong Nephew, always be strong no matter what people think of you. You keep going", he said "Thanks Uncle Hades you always been there for me", I said, he smiled but he told I have to go and see if anyone needs me. I sighed and went to Olympus.

"Hey Little Bro", I heard and saw Hercules and Artemis walking towards me. "Hey", I said and as they approach I got a feeling something was going to happen but nothin really happened. "So how are you doing Terion?", Artemis asked me smiling, but it looked fake. "Good I guess", I said and as I said that they said that's good and all. "Well gotta go little bro see ya later", they said and left as soon they left I can hear them talking more like whispering..... Wait WHAT!?!? That's impossible for someone to hear people far away even when they whisper, but I listen to their conversation. "Gods why did Father made us do it", Hercules said annoying "Look we have to cheer him up ok he's a good kid we just need to help him" Artemis said. Weird neither of my siblings cared for me. "Since when did you cared?" He asked "Look just because he is small doesn't mean we hate him he's family." she said. I didn't want to hear anymore so I ran as fast as I could but what was weird is that I ran really fast like Hermes, but that was impossible, but I didn't care I ran and ran until I stopped and was at the edge of Olympus and saw the Mortal realm. I saw a family and they were happy. "I wish I had a family like that", I said to myself. I just had no Idea what to do so then out of my raged and hatred and yelled "WHAT AM I", and fell on the ground looking at the stars. I sighed. "Is something bothering you my son?" I herd a voice and saw Mother.

"Yes Mother something is bothering me", I said "Tell me my son what bothers you?" She asked. I sighed "Mother I don't think I'm good enough for everyone. I try but everyone thinks I'm a failure. I'm probably not good enough to be a god.", I said. My mother looked at me "Son you are not a failure, and you deserve to be a god like the rest of us, you just have to keep going, try and keep going", she said all I could do was smile "thanks mom", I said and soon I went back to Olympus to see what everyone was doing and clearly the usual of what Gods do. As I was walking I saw a plant but it was dying. As I saw it turning brown I touched it softly and closed my eyes but when I open them my hands start to glow and soon the plant wasn't dying anymore. Instead it grew to a healthy tree. I was shocked. How's that possible I thought to myself but soon I snapped out of my thoughts and saw my sister Artemis and she looked shocked, her eyes were wide too, but she also seemed happy.

"How did you do that?", she asked "I..I don't know", I said she looked at me but soon I herd my father called all of us to the Throne hall. As we all came I see father look at all of us sadly. We were confused why. "My sons and daughters I have terrible news for you all.", he said. "As you know all of you had prove your skills to protect the world, but only one hasn't.", he said and I already knew he was talking about me. As soon as I thought of that he looked at me "Terion my son. You have not prove any skill that you have or can use to be a god for that you disappoint me.", he looks down ashamed and sad. "Father what are you saying?", I asked "I'm banishing you to the Mortal Realm", he said and everyone gasped. "You left me no choice son.

I'll give you 24 hours to say your fair well and pack your things.", he said after that I walked as fast as I could and as I left the room I could hear my brothers and sisters to stop but I keep walking soon a started jogging then I started to run. I didn't stop until I made it to the Underworld. I saw Hades and I walked up to him and he noticed something was wrong "Nephew what's wrong?", he asked "It's my father he said he is going to banish me to the mortal realm because I haven prove him any skills I have", I explained he seemed upset "Terion I don't like this either but I believe it's for the best." he said I looked at him confused but he started to explain.

"In the mortal realm they are just like you, there you won't be left out, nobody will hate you and there are other gods that are down there too. I believe it's best for you", he said. I can't believe what he's saying but he may be right. what if it is best to go to the Mortal Realm.
