I thought we were already doing good.
I thought we were already the perfect ones for each other
I thought you'll be the only and only one who'll sing a song for me using the saxophone.
I thought our love would end up like how our grandparents did.
But somehow, destiny turned the steering wheel to the direction where we shouldn't have gone to.
To the place where we regret the happenings.
To the place where our tears dried for a long time.
To the place of our demise.
But life must flow like a stream running beautifully along the fresh green pages. Even if you're already with someone, I thank you for a temporary us.
Even still, I'd pursue life with a smile. Thanks to you.
