I wake up to the sun shining through my blinds, I sigh turning around to be faced with a sleeping blake, his face is squished against the pillow and his hair is a mess
I slide out of bed and check the time on my phone 10am, that's pretty late for everyone in this house usually everyone's up by 8am
"Morningggg" I sing my voice croaky due to me just waking up, I walk downstairs to see my my mum and dad sitting on the couch together
"Bub, sorry I missed you yesterday jake was being a pain in the ass and wanted everything perfect" my dad says gesturing for me to go and give him a hug, I go over to him and wrap my arms around his shoulders and quickly hug him before I run into the kitchen to get a drink because it feels like my mouth is as dry as the desert
"It's okay don't worry about it, so is the suit fitted?" I ask sitting on the coffee table chugging my glass of water trying to not die of dehydration.
"Yeah I need to go and pick it up at 4pm then we're all prepared for the wedding"
"I hope Caitlin isn't a bridezilla" I whisper knowing she's upstairs
"Fingers crosses she isn't" he replies and we both cross our fingers. Caitlin is a wonderful woman but most women during their wedding days can turn into real bitches.
"Well I smell stinky so I'll be seeing you later and remember to get your suit and don't forget it like you did at your sisters wedding" I say just knowing it'll either annoy him or make him laugh
"I'll try my hardest bub"
I make my way up to my bedroom and go to my on suite to get a quick shower, I put my shower playlist on and try not to wake Blake up since he deserves his beauty sleep, after having a dance party in the shower I wrap a towel around my body but only I would forget to bring clothes in to get changed into now I have to walk out with only a towel protecting my body
I run out of the bathroom and run to my wardrobe and quickly get out a long T-shirt and some black leggings I walk back into my bathroom and get changed hoping Blake didn't see me looking like a drowned rat.
Opening the door to reveal Blake scrolling through his phone, he looks so concentrated on whatever he's doing
"Hey sleepyhead" I jump onto the bed next to him and putting my wet hair into a messy bun
"Morning" He says, his voice more huskier due to him just waking up and he puts his legs out to stretch them trying to wake himself up a little bit
"Okay today I have to go and get a spray tan and my nails done so either you can stay here or come with me and some other family members"
"Might just stay here and sleep" he yawns pulling the blanket up to his chest and cuddling into it
"And you'll be home alone so that's a bonus"
"Okay good good I'm just gonna stay here unless you want me to come with you"
"I think it's better if you stay here unless you want awkward small talk with my family" I truthfully say, if I was in his position I'd rather be alone than be bothered with strangers talking to me
"Oh god I'm staying here no offence to your family" he laughs throwing his phone to the end of the bed
"You chose the right choice my kind sir" I tilt my imaginary hat and lie down next to him, his stomach growls meaning he's hungry.
"Wanna go get food? I know this good place which makes waffles"
"Good idea" he jumps out the bed in his shorts and T-shirt. He sits on the floor opening his backpack which he brought for the clothes he will need today, He takes out an outfit and places it on the bed.
"I'm going to go and ask my brother if I can take his car" I hop off the bed and run out into the hallway
"Okayyy" he replies as I leave him to get changed
I knock on my brothers door hoping he will let me use his car, if he doesn't that means I'll have to annoy my mother into letting me use her car
"Come in"
"Jakeeeee?" I enter his room and watch him get Panda ready for the day
"Yesssss?" He copies my tone
"Can I use your car? I'll need it for under an hour"
"I swear if you crash it I will-"
"I've got a license" I take the keys out of his hand
"I know but you're the most clumsy person I know"
"Thank you love you bye" I rush out of his room and run back into mine flashing the keys in my hand to Blake
"I didn't know you could drive"
"You learn something new everyday now let's cmon" I take my bag off the bed and run down the stairs with Blake following me behind
"Dad this is Blake, Blake this is dad but we're in a hurry so goodbye" I open the front door leaving my dad confused on the couch, Blake gives my dad a little smile as we close the door.
I open the Land Rover door for Blake and I go to the other side to the drivers seat, considering I haven't driven in a few months hopefully I haven't forgotten how to drive this thing
The radio is blaring green day as I sing along to the songs, The drive to the cafe its only 20 minutes but it's easier than walking for 40 minutes
I park the car as close to the building as I can get. Take my bag from the back seat and hop out the car with Blake following behind
"What you ordering?" I ask as we sit at the booth with laminated menus in both of our hands
"Probably a waffle with strawberry and nutella what about you?"
"Ummm the m&m waffle" I gaze over the menu looking at all the delicious waffles and pancakes
"Awh that sounds so nice" he replies with a small smile on his face
We order our food which Blake kindly pays for even after we argued for 20 minutes because I think I should pay for it
"Here you go" a blonde woman in about her late teens comes over and places our food onto the table, we reply with 'thank you' and she smiles and walks away.
"This is better then sex" I hum after taking a large bite out of the waffle
"Don't know what kinda sex you've been having but okay" he laughs to himself and shoves a strawberry into his mouth
"The really shitty kind" I smile whilst replying. It's true though since I've only had sex with Dylan and if I'm being honest I faked it every time.
"Well maybe we I could change that" he mumbles almost inaudible
"Huh what did you say? Sorry I didn't hear you" I look up in confusion, my dozy self didn't hear a word he said because I'm too focused on eating this waffle
"Oh I said it's sad that you've only had shitty sex" he looks up at me with a smirk on his lips which causes me to furrow my eyebrows
