"Thank you sir" I say to the guy at the office as I take the key out of his cold hand, it has a keyring attached with the room number on, number 417.
"Do you need any help with your bags?" He asks and points to the baggage cart, I stupidly get excited because it looks like the one of the suite life of Zack and Cody
"That would be very helpful" I smile and put my suitcases and bags on the cart and push it
down the hallway and into the elevator.
This year I wanted my own room in uni but I've been given a roommate because I can't afford to pay for my own one, I open the door to the apartment and walk in. To my surprise it's bigger than I expect, a kitchen, a living room a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, I sigh at the thought of sharing it with a stranger but hopefully they'll not be messy since I'm a clean freak.
Being first in the apartment means I am first to choose my bedroom, I excitedly run back and forth between the rooms and unfortunately they're the same size
I've been texting my new roommate for a few months now, he seems really nice but today's the day I'm finally going to meet him, to be honest I have no clue what he looks like I did try to do a bit of stalking on Instagram but I couldn't find him.

I've unpacked my belongings and made my bedroom feel like home since I'll be living here for a long while
My boyfriend isn't happy with me having a male roommate but he's going to have to live with it since I can't change
"Helloooo? Lili?" I hear a male voice say as the front door slams closed, my heart feels like it's going to explode, letting out a deep breath to calm my nerves I walk out of my room and go and meet my new roommate
"Blakeeee!" I say running into the living room, I see a man standing holding onto 2 suitcases and a guitar in a bag, he has brown hair and a strand that lays over his forehead, deep brown eyes and a gorgeous smile.
"It's so good to finally meet you!" He says dropping his guitar onto the floor along with his luggage and engulfing me into a hug, his body is really warm compared to the cold outside, his strong arms wrap around my shoulders and my arms around his waist.
"I'm so excited we're going to have such a good time" I reply giving him one last squeeze before releasing from the hug, he looks down at me and smiles I take a few steps back since we're centimetres away from each other and I doubt my boyfriend would be happy with me being this close to another boy
"So do you need any help with your bags?" I look at his suitcases on the floor
"No it's fine I've got it" He says adjusting the bag on his shoulder and picking up his suitcases
"You're rooms down the hall and on the left, would you like a drink?" I smile going into the kitchen as I watch him walk down the hallway
"Yes please, thank you"
