I get home, a little late, and see Rapunzel and Anna on the couch. They look over as I walk into the house. Merida probably had archery practice today, but I'm surprised Rapunzel doesn't have anything. Not only is she on student council, but she's in about as many clubs as possible.

"Hey, I'm home! Hi, Punzie." I walk over to them and sit on the couch.

"Hey sis! So how was the date?" I blush immensely.

"Um, what? That wasn't a date, it was homework!" Rapunzel and Anna exchange glances.

"Sure it was. But if it was just homework, then why are you blushing so hard?" Rapunzel laughs teasingly.

"It wasn't a date! We were even assigned partners!" I say quickly in defense.

"Okay, okay. But did you at least have fun?" Anna asks, smiling.

I unconsciously bite my lip as I go over everything that happened. "Yeah, I had a lot of fun." They both start laughing at my response. "I do NOT like him!" I start walking to my room; I need time to think. "I'll be in my room. Good. Bye." I say sharply.

After I get into my pajamas, I curl up in a blanket and open up my book. Ah, what a perfect end to a good day. Before I can really get into the book, my phone buzzes.

Hey, I'll see you at the Big 4 tree tomorrow at 7. Don't be late ;) -Jack

I laugh before replying. Yes. Sir. Anything else?

Not even a minute goes by before I get a text back. Yes: The name's Jack and I intend to be called that :-)

Man, this guy sure is a character. Okay. I start to curl back into my book, but my phone buzzes again.

Oh, and Elsa?

My breath catches for some reason when I read the text. Yes?

It takes him a while to text back, but finally he responds. Goodnight :)

I smile unconsciously before texting him back. Maybe, just maybe, I like Jack Frost a little more than I thought.

The next morning, I get up a little early. I want to have time to turn in our cake. I take a shower and dress in a royal blue dress that barely reaches my shoulders and lies just above my knees. I add my favorite blue MK bracelet and finish the look by twisting my hair into a french braid/bun thing (See cover).

Downstairs, Anna is already eating breakfast as usual. She is wearing a cute yellow blouse and pink shorts, with her hair pulled into two braids. I rush down and grab a banana and a bowl of granola. "Well someone looks happy this morning." Anna says as I start to eat. "What happened?"

"Me? Nothing." I say, suddenly realizing that I have a wide smile plastered on my face. Oh great. "I just had a really great sleep."

"Uh-huh. I'm sure Jack had nothing to do with that?" Anna says, unconvinced.

"Nope! But that does remind me, we need to go to school early today." I say as I grab my car keys and head out the door.

"Why?" Anna stuffs the last bit of breakfast into her mouth before following me outside.

"I need to meet Jack so we can hand in our project."

"Of course you do." Anna says. I smile a little but say nothing, and head into my car for school.

My alarm goes off and I immediately get up. Before I get ready, I read over the texts from last night. I don't know why, but I smile as I think of all the fun I had yesterday. I can't stop thinking about it. About her.
