Imagine Enzo saving you from a group of vampires that were trying to get revenge on your best friend, Damon. You and Enzo had met before through Damon, but you weren't impressed with the British vampire especially when he used all of his stupid pick up lines to seduce you.
That was before he stepped in to take out some vampires that were holding you hostage to get revenge on Damon for killing one of their friends, although Enzo was still his snarky self you could see the real him and you liked that him a whole lot more.
