Explanation.
This quote means that some people have the talent of putting on a good show infront of public. They'll be sweet and nice to everyone if they want something from them.
Basically, we call them manipulators, so this quote portrays the message that someone one it can be anybody can actually see through a person and can tell that someone is lying. They know that their goal is not making friends or something it's something that benefits them. They use others just like a toy to win the game they're playing to get what they want.
That's the reason I chose that picture for background, because on one side shows emotions and the other one is blank. No emotions, no feelings nothing.
