Sophia POV

Dinner was over and me and cam were talking about our favourite show on Netflix "One Day At A Time"

"Hey soph why don't you go upstairs and we can watch it in my room "

"Okay what will you be doing ?" I asked her

"Well that depends, do you like sweet or salted popcorn better ?" She gives me a toothy smile

"Oooo I think I'll go for salted please !"

She nods as I start walking up the stairs

As I'm walking through the the hallway to Cameron's room I feel someone tug my arm and I am pulled into a room

Ethan's room to be exact

"Ethan what the fuck!" (A.N "Nolan what the f**k!" If you know you know 😂)

"I need to talk to you "

"Okay " I give him a nod to continue

He stood there a while looking at me

"You know what I'll just go"

"Grayson lied to you!"he blurted out

"What was that?"I ask confused

"I bet he told you that him and Mollie broke up right ?"

I nod

" they are still together" my eyes open wide

"WHAT?!"

" no your lying to me.. it.. it's.... it's fucking Grayson he wouldn't lie to me"

"You don't believe me?"he asked as I shook my head no

"Phone her"

"Phone who?"

"Come Soph , Mollie" he gives me a duh look

" what would I even say?"

"Ask what she's doing this Friday"

I nod and get my phone out of my bag

Soon enough her contact , the girl who I have been friends with for years the girl who is like my sister , is on my screen.

"Here goes nothing" I think to my self

I press the call button

"Put it on speaker" Ethan whispers as it's calling

"Hello Sophie ?"

"Hey molls!"

"What's up?"

"I need to go out to get my nails done, my appointment is booked for Friday night, wanna come with ?"

"I wish I could but I have a date with Gray on Friday"

"Oh okay then , I guess I'll see you soon"

"Yeah bye !"

"Byeeeeee!"

I put the phone down and look at Ethan tears forming in my eyes

"Why?" Is all I manage to choke out

"You might wanna sit down for this one"

I walk over to his oversized comfy bed

Ethan has basically told me that the only reason Grayson lied to me was because him and Cameron has a bet that he wouldn't be able to kiss me

$20 dollars

$20 fucking dollars is all my first kiss was worth

And yes before you judge that was my first kiss I wanted to save my first kiss for my first boyfriend which I haven't had yet either

"Sophia listen to me I had nothing to do with this and .."

"I believe you e" I give him a small smile

He smile back

"So wanna watch a move movie or something?" He asks

"Yeah just give me a minute "

"Why? Where are you going ?"

"Im going to make you an only child "

He laughs then stops once he realizes that I'm being serious

" no your not going anywhere " he say while standing up and pulling me back onto the bed

"Now umbrella academy or one day at a time ?" He asks while scrolling through Netflix

I give him a serious look

We are watching the episode where it is Ellena's quinceañera and her dad isn't there I start crying because I relate to it so much , my dad wasn't there for my 15th birthday

I feel Ethan put his arm around me and pull me into a hug

We stayed like that until I feel my eyes getting heavy
