Installing tracking app in Smita's mobile phone is very wise decision according to Akshay. He can monitor her every activity without alarming her.
She didn't left the mansion as per his instructions. Guards doesn't let her and she didn't tried again. Its good for him as she have to come to him if she need anything. She is part of many whatsapp group including her school colleagues group, her old friends group etc. She did not mention about him to anyone and that is good for her. Everything was going smooth till one whatsapp message from an unknown number.

I am doing good and what about you?

I am not good. I filed for divorce but my wife is threatening me to take back the case otherwise she will file case of harassment and dowry against me. I am in so much stress.

Akshay was reading everything, leaving all his work at side. This person is a man like he doubted and he is discussing his private life with Smita. 'He can be a friend of her' his mind put forward the fact. For unknown reason Akshay didn't like the conversation. Smita is neither a marriage counselor nor a legal advisor then why this person is contacting her. He calm down himself and read her reply.

Relax Karan, don't panic. We will find some way but I can't believe her atrocities towards you. I thought she is very dignified woman but her acts are horrible.

She snatched my daughter from me and alienated her.

Don't worry Karan, you can file for joint custody and I am sure you will meet your daughter in future.

"I don't know, I want to meet you."

Akshay wait with baited breath to read her reply. Will she tried to break his rule and put herself in danger or denied this man?

Okay, I am at my husband's place, serving my six months ordeal. You can meet me in backyard. Be careful.

Akshay didn't expected this from her. In his mind she is the person who always follow rules and regulations. She is not the one who can envolved with multiple persons then what happened today.
Is time changed her this much or she was never loyal to him?
He drives his car in heft. He wants to present in backyard before them so he can observe their activity. Smita came after fifteen minutes and he can't take off his eyes from her. She is wearing a black patiyala suit with multicolour dupatta (scarf).

"You look good." he said and she smiled widely. Karan has model like physique. He is tall and muscular. He has light amd trimmed subtle. He wore a copper bracelet in one hand and black watch in other. He wore navy blue t shirt and his biceps are clearly visible. He paired it with black jeans..

"I knew it." she smiled, catching attention of both men.

"This is for you" he handed her a box with grin on his face.

"Oh my god." she chuckled and then offer him a cup of coffee. "So what's the problem?"

"Problem is that I am trapped in this relationship. Sometimes I regret marrying this woman."

"I share the sentiment." Smita sighed and Akshay clutched the branch of tree in anger.

"but you are the woman its so easy for you to be free whole system support women."

"Its not easy for me either. May be system support women but system is corrupt " her words is like poison to Akshay. She is tearing him unknowingly.

"I know but you are a fighter. Don't give up. I know you will come out as a winner in the end." he boost her dull esteem.

"Thank you, You are very sorted person Karan. I wish I would have meet you earlier." She put her hand on his hand.

"You met me at right time." he said looking in her eyes and that is enough for Akshay to leave.
Smita admire this man and there is no doubt of that. She has a weakness for gentleman. Good mannered man attract her and this man taking advantage of that. She dare to call him here without worrying about anything. She wanted divorce at any cost and he can be the reason. His mind routed to worst possible scenario. "Is she indulged in extra marital affair with this man.?" ge murmured. His feet are moving towards bar of the house, leaving her behind.

"You know its not easy for a woman to move on. I loved that man with all myself. When you first suggested me for divorce, I slapped you. Later I realized it was best advice as I tried for five long years to mend our relationship but now I regret it also. Akshita is torn between us. She deserves love of her father. I don't know he is toying with her or not.I don't know what I want now. I started this fight for my rights but everything is messed up now ." Smita looked around and Akshay's car caught her attention. She asked him to leave and move towards house.

Broken liquor bottle welcomed her in the house. She looks up and Akshay is drinking and throwing bottles on the floor.

" Akshay what are you doing." she ran towards him and he clutches her arms tightly. His finger nails deep in her skin.

"You regret marrying me" he greeted his teeth which scared her. He heard everything, realization hits her and her face perplexed. She felt she dig her own grave. Her feelings to this man is confused. She always loved him but scared from him also. His evil side starts showing now. She doesn't know she can handle it or not.

"Akshay let me.. She stammered

" Shhh... He put his finger on her lips.

" You are very selfish woman. I always give you chance and you always broke it. You were heartbreaker in past and you are a heartbreaker today.
I cared for you like I care for my life. You were so precious for me Mita. I never tried to dominate you. I never restricted you. I was very gentle and patient with you then why you did that to me. You were the only woman in my life. Why you break my heart? What you gained by breaking my heart into so many pieces that I won't fixed it. "he blurted angrily.

" Akshay I didn't... "Smita doesn't know when she broke his heart in past. She looks towards him for some clue. He was putting allegations on her of breaking his heart but its him who break her heart.

" Just shut up and get lost... both from my life and this house. "

His words broke her heart but she didn't run away like years ago

"Just leave" he shouted from top of his lungs. He was shaking like a dried leaf on the tree. She never saw him this angry in her entire stay. He is very calm and composed person.

"Akshay its not like it is looking . Let me try to explain...

" Guard, guard... He shouted and the man appeared, shaken by his ferocious avtar.

"Threw this filthy people out from my house and make sure they won't dare to enter here again." his verdict is out.

Guard came towards her and she showed her palm to him. "We'll leave on our own" Smita holds arm of her father and left the place without saying a single word.
She looked the place one last time before leaving. She didn't wants to leave this place. It was her home. When she got married she accepted this is her home. She will stay here till her last breath. She will not leave the side of her in laws but everything was snatched from her in one split second.She look behind and her mother in law was crying helplessly. Anuj and Avni was shocked to react on anything. Her father in law is unaffected as always . He did not liked her presence from beginning and finally she is leaving.
