It's been a while since I published so I decided to do it today ☺️

Everyone one of us go through stress in different forms
Literally speaking from my experience even of I just go outside to shop for something I'd return home so much more stressed than I left because of all the vehicles, creepy ppl on the road and just so much more

And by the end of every week I'm literally so dead and thinking about attending a spa just to relax is another stress cuz it's so freaking expensive like sometimes it's like I'd have to sell a kidney to go for once and going every week is just 😓

So I have a day in the week preferably Thursday night cuz I sleep in on Fridays to have a small pampering session for my self at home which helps me relax and unwind with almost no extra cost involved

I'm going to share my home spa routine with you girls and you can try it out for yourself and I guarantee you that it will relax and help you feel destressed

So let's get to it❤️❤️❤️;-)❤️❤️❤️

To begin with:

1) I like to dim out the lights in the room so my room feels more cozy then I switch on the air-conditioning to make the room to a preferred temperature not too cold or warm

2) I light up some scented candles and oils
I use both alternatively as of my preference
Now if you like candles I'd suggest using organic candles made purely from bees wax and natural essence rather than the chemically modified ones because when you inhale the fumes of the chemical candles for too long it can have a very bad impact on your lungs in the long term because I usually leave my candles on for a long time sometimes throughout the night as well however, if you are using for short time any candle is fine

3) before taking my shower I like to use some makeup remover to wipe my face I do this even if I'm not wearing makeup it just removes the stubborn debri or dirt from the face and leave it clean then I scrub my nails with with soap to clean them

4) I take a long warm shower I insist on warm shower for relaxation because it loosens the muscles , open pores , relaxes the brain , increase blood circulation thus maximizing the relaxation i end my shower with washing my face with facewash as final stage of face cleansing

5) by the time I'm done with my shower and enter my room. my room is like a paradise, the temperature is perfect and it smells so good
Then I soak my legs in some warm water infused with orange peel, tealeaves and rose water it helps relax the legs and overtime helps heal cracks and bruises on the legs and can help with reliving leg pain

6) while my legs soak I apply a homemade face mask of my preference based how my skin is feeling
If you girls wanna know what kind of face masks I use for different skin care uses just leave a comment and I'll make a chapter on that

7) after applying my face mask I like to pamper my body a little so I mix a little almond oil , olive oil and coconut oil together and apply it on my body it moisture the skin and gives it a healthy glow

8) I like to apply the same mix to my hair as well as a hair mask but rather than washing it off I leave till morning to have a bath so it can nicely soak into my scalp

9) once I'm done with all of this I just like to put some asmr videos and rest for sometime with cucumber on my eyes or I put some soothing music and maybe read a book until it's time to wash off the contents on me

10) after about 1 or 2 hours I go take another warm shower to rise off the face mask and oil on my body after the shower I come back and sleep
