Taehyung pov

Sitting in the hair salon, while Jin gripped an pulled at my air as he washed out the dye. The warm water rinsing down my neck a bit. Cutting the water off, Jin wrapped a towel over my hair walking me back to his station.

"I don't see why you don't just talk to him. You're such a brave out going person. Just say something to him." He huffed as he rubbed the towel over my freshly pink locks.

"What if I stutter? He looks so... Well I don't know! I just don't want to make a fool of myself!" I squirmed in my seat. Jin simply rolled his eyes picking up the hair dryer and blowing it through my hair.

———

"Thank you!" I squealed at Jin as I ran my fingers through my gorgeously pink locks.

"Of course now go! Talk to that boy!" He yelled after me as I ran to catch my bus.

Past the bustling people on their way home from long days are work. I was lucky enough to claim a modeling job, with an amazing company. They don't force me to starve myself, or keep up unnecessary beauty standards. It's just me, with touches of makeup here and there. I'd go in on some week days, take my pictures then head out again. It was big enough of a company for me to pull in a good amount of cash, but not so huge that thousands of people bothered me on the streets. Maybe five a month would know who I was.

I stepped onto the shuttle platform looking forward to being dropped off at the tracks. Ready to climb onto the subway and see the gorgeous boy once again. And this time I will talk to him.

"Thank you for the ride" I said to the bus driver as I stepped off of the bus. He simply grunted back before drawing the doors closed behind me.

I sucked in a sharp breath to gain some confidence, then I made my way down the stairs to the subway. It rancid smell of the city filling my nose. People pushing in and out of the trains. It may be repulsive to some, but to me it's home.

It was hard to get use too, yes. Coming from a small town home. A place where I farmed, worked with horses, cows, and many more animals. Having mud parties with my cousins, then having to get hosed down before coming back inside. Being wrist deep in soil, planting with my mother, or placing down more crops with my farther.

Still I found a home here. Found my place in this big city. And a ride to look forward too everyday too see the handsome boy that caught my eye.

I first saw him on my first subway ride. It was my first day at my modeling career, I was in a rush sloppily putting on some decent makeup. When the train halted to a stop my compact mirror flipped out of my hands falling to the floor.

Muttering slight curses, I grabbed it. When I looked back up the boy was staring at me. A cold almost hallow look in his eyes as he watched me. Just as we made eye contact he snapped his head away.

I was in awe of his beauty though. His black raven hair, small thin lips are pink as a cherry blossom tree. His perfectly sculpted jawline, looking as if it could kill.

Then the train halted to a stop once more. The intercom barely audible, but I still recognize my stop. I hurried off the train, and to work.

For the rest of the day the raven haired boy was stuck in my mind. He was still on the train when I returned, and was there everyday I rode for around a month. Neither of us making a move to speak to one another, but today that would change.

Today I would be brave. I would muster up the courage to talk to the boy. I planned to ride the train until his stop, or at least until there were fewer people. Not to be stalker like, but so that we could talk without all the noise of people.

And with that plan in mind I climbed into the train. Pushing past a few people and sitting down in my usual seat. Looking straight ahead I saw the all to familiar raven hair. I smiled to myself at the giddy feeling that over came me.

The train arrived at my stop and I didn't move, most of the people climbed off, but still too many to talk to the boy. When the train started again the ravenette turned to look back, confusion plastered to his face when he spotted me. Though he said nothing and just turned back around.

Just being looked at by him made my heart swell. Warm tingling feelings spreading through my body, butterflies swarming my stomach. And to top it all off with a goofy smile on my face.

After about thirty minutes almost everyone was off the train. Just maybe six other people still in the train car. I knew now was the time. So I lifted myself out of my seat, and went the three measly rows forward where the boy always sat.

I sat down in the seat next to him, fumbling with my fingers before looking over at him. When I turned my head over I found I was almost touching noses with him. Jerking back slightly at our closeness, the boy widened his eyes slightly.

"Hello, I'm Taehyung." I said nodding my head slightly. The boys eyes grew as wide as saucers. My nerves started to wreak havoc on my body. What have I done wrong?! Was all that repeated in my mind.

"Can you hear me? Can you see me?" The boys voiced graced my ears, sounding airy.

"Y-yes?" My statement came out more of a question. The boy grinned ear to ear none the less though.

"I'm Jungkook!" His airy voice spoke. Fleetingly the joy left his eyes replaced with a dark look. "You shouldn't be able to see me."

"Wh-What do you mean?" I asked confused, and a little scared by his look.

"I've been dead for two years."
