PART 2!!! talk about what you know

ok, this is for the "thug" books

so in just about every thug story I've read so far, the main male character goes to jail, right???

then the main female character or something other character, bails him out. right????

then the main dude (we'll call him "KJ")... anyway, KJ gets out within the next few minutes to an hour, right???? Uh, no! that shit does NOT happen that quick ...I can tell ain't nobody in yo life ever been to jail or you've never had to witness the bonding out process

Bailing Basics

1) You will NEVER go to a jail to bail someone out, you will always go to a random ass bonding company that is recommended by that particular jail or the closest one.

2) It takes several hours for the person to be processed into the jail, so therefore they won't have a set bail for at least 12 hours, and most of the time they'll call you first and let you know what's going on or whatever

3) It takes at least another 12 hours for them to process the bond money, and process that person out, you just have to wait on a call from the jailhouse telling you that your loved one is ready for pick up

4) Even after they've been bailed out, they still have to go see a judge at whatever time they were scheduled to do so, because trust me they have been given a court date

5) If he/she was locked up after business hours (usually after 6 pm), they are not getting processed until at least 8 am the next day

6) You will need a co-signer for the bond, somebody with a legit job. They need to know the money was obtained legally. You can have the money, but if you don't have a legit job, you not gettin nobody out, so you might wanna take 2 people for that reason.

Example #1::: if KJ gets locked up at 4 pm on a Wednesday, he's probably not gonna show up in the system until 4 am... and he probably won't be able to call you until then (depending on where he got locked up)... extra early the next morning you'll probably get that call from him telling you what's up.... moving on, if you go pay his bond at 9 am, he won't be getting released until about 10 pm.... maybe. He still has to go to court tho, probably Monday at 9 a.m.

Example #2::: If KJ gets locked up at 7 p.m. on a Monday he not getting processed until (maybe) 8 a.m. on Tuesday, depending on how many people were arrested after business hours... then either you can call down there or wait on him to call you to see what's up... let's say you called down there, and got everything taken care of by 3 p.m., you still ain't gon see KJ until about 3 a.m. Don't forget about his court date tho, or they might lock him up again for failure to appear, and then you gotta go through this whole process AGAIN

Please note, you do NOT have to call his lawyer, chances are he's done that already... but if be tells you to, then do it, he's gonna need his lawyer to be knowledgeable about the situation when they go to court.
