to conquer your own fears
to trudge the unpaved way by yourself

but the voices keep haunting you
and it isn't stopping
as if it is a record player put on repeat
unbearable, itching noises

as if a puzzle with completely missing pieces
that even if you wanted to find the real cause

when you wanted to be alone
and let yourself escape harsh reality
that once and for all, you've felt happiness
in a short amount of time
to release the tension that was building
between you and society

when you wanted to turn back time
and fix the mistakes you've done in the past
regretting the times you've speak ill
and you know it's too late
but you keep on pursuing
as if the time had stopped
for you to make it

when you felt so happy
and then the rain suddenly pours non-stop
as if telling you you don't have the right to be happy
and not letting you enjoy the moment

when you experience love
then fell out of love and asks, "What is love?"
As if no one has ever loved you
for you know that it is an illusion
making people feel butterflies in their stomach
to leaving bitter memories
ending to asking how to even love yourself

but then someone took it away
like it was your favorite pizza you kept in the fridge
so you can eat it later and then you found out,
