Laughter

I always love to see you smile
It just warms my heart
The skin on your cheek turned up
Makes me want to smile more too
And when you laugh
You make my whole world turn upside down
The angelic note of your laughter
Makes me unbearably happy
I feel like I could smile even if the world was ending
If you were next to me
The way your eyes light up when we come up with an interesting topic
Just makes my heart beat out of my chest
Seeing you so happy is just a way to make me happy
But behind that
I can see you struggling sometimes
And it hurts me so bad
I just want to help you
But you won't let me get through to you
Leaving up an unbreakable wall
That no one can get passed
Only letting me see bits and pieces of your issues
And not the whole picture
