Harry:

My heart pounded against my chest as my mum tightened my bow tie.

"Smile, baby. Everything will be okay." She whispered and pecked my cheek.

I let out a long breath that I didn't know I was holding.

"I can't face him, what am I going to say?" I asked.

"Harry, he's your best mate. Things shouldn't be different." She said.

I nodded and bit my lip.

"They're here!" One of Gem's bridesmaids shouted as she peeked through the curtains.

"Girls, girls, promise me that you won't attack them. Please? For Gemma's sake. You'll have all night to talk to them. Wait until then?" My mum asked herding them all into one corner. I perched myself up on the makeup counter as I waited on the other 4 groomsmen. I wiped the sweat of the palms of my hands as a million thoughts ran through my mind.

The doors creaked open and a dark head of tousled hair came through first.

I smiled at the familiar face.

"Harry!" He said smiling and running at me. All of my earlier worries left me immediately as I stood up and wrapped my arms around him. Liam came in next with Louis right behind him. The girls in the corner were stifling excited screams as they watched Zayn check himself out in the mirror.

Louis hugged me tightly and kissed my cheek.

"Niall's been a mess without you." He whispered. I smiled at him and hugged him again.

"I've missed you so much Lou." I said.

He smiled and pulled away letting Liam close in on me.

"Don't worry mate, we'll get you back. We're nothing without you." He said.

"That's not true." I said into his shoulder.

"Have you seen our last concerts?" He asked.

'No." I answered guiltily. I hadn't watched a single one, because I was too afraid that it would make me feel even worse.

I pulled back and scanned the room for Niall.

"Where is he?" I asked.

"He forgot his phone in the car," Liam explained. As if on cue the doors opened again and he came in looking flustered but cute. His cheeks were tinted a light red from the wind and his eyes were sparkling brightly along side the bright blue waist coat.
