F I F T H
[ Pronounciation ]I already mentioned this on the previous chapter but let me make this clear. Oftentimes, Hangul is a bit different in pronouncing words since there are many rules. But the basics are that they write it by 'syllables' or by 'pronounciation'.
Example:
English: Park(surname)
Hangul: 박
Romanization: Pak
Explanation:
- If you are going to pronounce the surname using Korean accent, you'll notice how it works. A bit similar to British, silent R. But that is still, Park.Example:
English: Shin (surname)
Hangul: 신
Romanization: Sin
Explanation:
- S can also be pronounce as SH. Especially when it comes to Korean surnames....
