[ How do they write a word? ]
Hangul was a tad frustrating for me when I was a rookie but as I grew and learned things, it became easy. Koreans write a word by "syllables" and not by letters. Always keep that in mind. It is also base on how they pronounce it.
EXAMPLES
English: Manchester United
Hangul: 만체스터 우나이티드
Romanization: Man|che|seu|teo U|na|i|ti|deu
English: Are you okay?
Hangul: 괞찬하?
Romanization: Gwaenh|chan|ha?
English: Carbonara
Hangul: 카르보나라
Romanization: Ka|rue|bo|na|ra
