This week, our contestants had to write a story based on the following prompt.

Take something you are frustrated with: The toilet seat left up again? The folks who seem to hold family reunions in the middle of the aisle at Wal-Mart? Whatever it is, take the incident and write a humorous revenge piece. What are the ridiculous lengths you (or your character) would go to?

I really enjoyed this story! Remember you need commas instead of full stops after dialogue, when you have a dialogue tag. I love all the details you put in with Natalie's opinion – there's so many bits of character building in this shortstory. Nice job.

Everything about this story is so relatable; from hating other people touching your stuff, to fights between siblings. It's a great take on this prompt, and very well written!

Fantasticjob, especially considering you found this really difficult. I felt like thetransitions could've been a bit smoother. For example, the end of the fightbetween the two women seemed too sudden. Nice job overall though.

A very interesting story. I couldn't quite connect with the characters, though. Weknow this sint your genre and we're pleased to see you gave it a try. We hopeit's been fun for you, it was definitely a fun story for us to read!

Great story! It started off a little bit slow, but I really enjoyed the ending. He sure got what he deserved. There were some missing letters and misspelled words, but it was an awesome story overall.

This was a very fun story! I love how, in the end, they both learned something new about each other's lives. Although a bit cliche, it was definitely a fun read.

Ireally like the way you ended this story! A humorous story ending on a seriousnote. The switch in pov halfway through felt a bit jarring for me, but it was avery nice story overall.

Wow, that was cruel. Remind me not to anger you, lol! It didn't feel very realisticto me, but it sure was funny and it definitely was revenge. Nicelydone, especially for a rush job.
