Hadley was hit with a wave of nausea before her eyes even opened. When they eventually did open, they were met with a crumbling ceiling that she did not recognise. All of a sudden, the realisation and memories came crashing onto her like her hangover.

"Fuck..." She muttered. She sat herself up slowly and looked beside her. Franky was there, still asleep luckily. Hadley shook her head and ran her fingers through her hair. She quickly got out of the bed and began to hunt for her clothes on the floor. After locating them quite quickly, she pulled them on and left Franky's house as fast as she could. She had a banging headache but persevered through it. She needed to avoid the Chip Shop as much as possible. So, she decided to make quite a drastic commitment and turned towards Lady Tremaine's Curl Up & Dye.

Hadley walked out of Lady Tremaine's Curl Up & Dye, running her hands through her now grey hair. Since Dizzy was in Auradon, Hadley had to deal with a new hairdresser who she hadn't bothered to remember the name of. However, her hair still looked good thankfully.

"I'm coming for your brand, Greyson Gothel." She muttered, laughing slightly. She began to walk back in the direction of the chip shop, but stopped when she heard some laughing and shouting in an alleyway. She recognised the voices instantly. Pirates, of course. Hadley let out a sigh and turned into the alleyway that she voices were coming from. She came to a small, unusually colourful shop for the Isle. In front of the shop was a redhead, sat on the floor with two pirates laughing over her. Hadley furrowed her eyebrows at the scene in front of her as she walked towards them.

"What're today's visions?" One of the pirates taunted.

"I-I don't know what you're talking about." The redhead responded quietly.

"You're the crazy cuckoo bitch, of course you know." The other pirate laughed. "Where's your daddy? Has he been sent back to the nuthouse?" The pirate questioned.

"I-I-" The redhead stammered.

"Of course he has. But why aren't you there? Surely that's where a crazy bitch like you belongs." The second pirate grinned as both pirates began to laugh hysterically. Hadley frowned as a tear rolled down the redhead's cheek.

"Hey!" Hadley shouted, grabbing the pirates by the necks of their shirts and forcefully pulling them back. "What the fuck do you think you're doing?" She asked harshly. The pirates immediately jumped and fear covered their facial expressions.

"C-Captain..." One of the pirates gulped.

"We... we were just..." The other pirate stammered.

"Just what? Terrorizing this poor girl?" Hadley questioned in a harsh tone. "You think that's fucking okay? What has she ever done to you?"

"O-oh, uhm..."

"Well? Give me your worst fucking excuse." Hadley said impatiently, tightening her grip on the pirates, beginning to choke them.

"S-she's a crazy b-bitch..." One of the pirates choked out, struggling to breathe.

"Leave her alone." Hadley said sternly. "If I ever see any of you bullying her ever again, I'll burn each skin cell off of your body one by one and then feed you to the sharks." She threatened harshly. "You got that?" She asked. The pirates nodded rapidly, their circulation quickly being cut off. "Good." Hadley dropped them to the floor. The pirates landed on their hands and knees, gasping and wheezing for air. "Now scatter, and warn your pathetic little allies that they need to stay away from this girl." She added. The pirates nodded again, quickly scrambling to their feet and then scampering away. Hadley shook her head, watching them leave before turning to the redhead. She was still sat on the floor, wiping tears from her cheeks.

"Thank you." The redhead muttered, looking up at Hadley.

"Don't thank me." Hadley said, crouching beside the girl. She looked around Hadley's age. "Are you okay? They're just dickheads. It's just in their pirate nature." Hadley said comfortingly.

"Yes, I am." The redhead replied. "I'm used to it by now." She sighed, running a hand through her hair. Hadley frowned.

"You shouldn't have to be." She responded, looking at the redhead. "Don't worry, I'll make sure they don't bother you again." Hadley reassured, placing a hand on the redhead shoulder. "And they kind of have to listen. I am their Captain." She added with a shrug.

"Oh, Hadley, right?" The redhead questioned, looking at the other girl.

"That's me." Hadley nodded. "The infamous daughter of Hell. What's your name?" She asked the redhead.

"Mackenzie Hatter." The redhead replied with a small smile.

"Daughter of the Mad Hatter?" Hadley asked, to which Mackenzie replied with a nod.

"But you can call me Kenzie." Mackenzie said as the two girls rose to their feet.

"Well, nice to meet you Kenzie." Hadley smiled at the redhead. "But I do have a crew to get back to." She added, stepping away from Mackenzie.

"Understandably." Kenzie nodded. "Thank you again."

"No problem. If they ever bother you again, you know where to find me." Hadley said with a small smile. "I'll see you around, Kenzie."

"See you around, Hadley." Kenzie gave a small wave before running into the colourful shop behind her. Hadley looked up at the sign hanging above the door, reading 'The Mad Hatter's Tea Shoppe'. Hadley smiled slightly to herself before turning around and walking off.
