Eleanor's POV

It's now December, pretty much the whole house has been decorted inside and out since the middle of November. Decorating and listening to Christmas has always been my favorite part of Christmas. Right now Hunter is picking up his parents and we are going to take them to the hospital for them to officially meet Aiden. I was in the kitchen cleaning out the sink when I heard "Honey, we're home." That boy I'm telling you, he's so corny but I wouldn't have it any other way. "In the kitchen." I replied while drying off the counter. "Hey you." Hunter whispered as I felt his arms wrap around my waist. "Hi there." I replied leaning back more into his chest. "Mom and dad are here." He said kissing my cheek. "Oh good." Was all I got out before Lynette walked into the kitchen. "Eleanor, the house looks beautiful." She exclaimed. "Oh, am I interrupting something?" She asked grinning at us as we started to blush. Hunter and I weren't like a lot of people who would make out and such like other couples, maybe a kiss here and there but nothing to extreame. We liked to keep those intimate moments to ourselves and in private. I mean come on, wouldn't you? I shrugged Hunter off in a playful way and we both turned around, Hunter placed his hand on the small of my back and rubbed ever so slightly while we talked to Lynette. "Thank you mom, that really means a lot to me." I said smiling. "Well are we ready to go?" Hunter said. "Yah let's go get the kids so I can go see my new adorable grandbaby." She said happily walking out of the kitchen. "I'm right behind you." Hunter yelled squeezing my waist and walking out of the kitchen.

Hunter's POV

We got everyone packed and in the car and headed to the hospital. Nat walked alongside grandpa holding his hand while my mom and I carried the twins. We walked up to the NICU and the nurse we have seen there almost everyday greeted us. "Hello Mr and Mrs. Hayes, I see you have a few extra people with you today." She said looking at my parents. "Yes, this is my mom and dad." I said introducing them. "Well hi there Natalie." She said kneeling down in front of Nat. "Hi." She said shyly then hid behind my dad's legs. We all chuckled as the nurse stood up and lead us to where Aiden was. We walked over and saw him squirming around with his blue eyes wide open. When he was us a small smile formed on his face. Eleanor held him for a little bit then passed him along to me while my mom watched in amazement. He was still fairly small, weighing in at 3.1 pounds now. He's gone up 3 ounces since he was born which is really good. He hasn't grown in height though, seems like he'll be short just like his mom and dad, curse you shortness. "Okay mom, are you ready to hold him?" I asked looking at her. "Oh honey, I've been ready." She said smiling. Once I placed him in her arms she started to gleam, she has that same look of adoration Eleanor has in her eyes when she looks at our kids, I guess it's a mom thing. "He's so precious." She whispered stroking his cheek. He immediately gripped on to her finger when she held it out to him. I took a picture so I could show her later and to add it to his scrapbook.

Eleanor's POV

After we visited for a while we went out to lunch to a place we've never been to before called City House. Lynette and Leo both got pasta, Hunter and I got pizza to share and Natalie insisted she wanted to be a big girl and get a small pizza to herself promising she was going to eat it. One piece in and she was complaining she was already full. I took a few pieces and cut them up into small pieces for the twins which they happily ate. We did some shopping after, Hunter of course just had to buy a new watch because the 40 he had weren't enough. While he was talking with the cashier Lynette and I were looking around at jewelry, I saw a beautiful open heart necklace filled with diamonds. I've been wanting one for a while but didn't tell Hunter because I know he would go out of his way to make sure I have it. I feel really bad when he buys me stuff because he spoils me way to much and I don't deserve it. I'm scared people will think I'm using him. He always tells me not to worry what they think. He knows it's not the truth but it's always in the back of my mind, like a constant nagging. It's better that I just keep my mouth shut. I notice Hunter whispering to the cashier and they keep looking over at me. I finally mouthed "What." To which he just winked in response. Goodness what is he up to now, lord only knows. I needed to get some fresh air so I went outside and talked to Leo for a little bit. Another 15 minutes later and they still hadn't come out so I looked through the window to see that Lynette had joined them. Hunter had an even bigger bag then before now. Oh no, did the cashier persuade Hunter to get more then one watch? I thought, well is wouldn't be a hard sell, sales people wait for someone like Hunter. So easy to get him to buy something even if he doesn't need it. Hunter came out wearing a grin as he grabbed my hand, "Geez I thought I lost ya." I said to him. He was still smiling in a really funny way. "What are you smiling for mister?" I asked. "You'll see." He said leaning over and kissing my cheek.

I felt someone slowly kiss all over my arm, it really tickled. "Wake up sweetheart." I heard Hunter whisper then continue his assult. He slowly kissed up up my arm, past my shoulder. Spent a little time on my neck then playfully kissed all over my face. "Hunter wasn't last night enough?" I asked sleepily. "I could never get enough kisses with you... And other things." He said wiggling his eyebrows and smirking. I blushed and immedietly covered my eyes and burried my face into his warm chest. I inhaled deeply, gosh he smells good. We layed there in bed for a bit, him rubbing my back until he immedietly jumped up. "What's wrong?" I asked. "Smell that, my mom's cooking." He said throwing some clothes on and racing out of the door. "Wow my husband left me for his mother's cooking I thought chuckling as I got dressed. While heading down there I sniffed and it really did smell amazing. When I got to the kitchen I saw the kids sitting at the table and Hunter standing next to the stove trying to eat something that Lynette had cooked. "Hunter if you don't back away from that pan and sit down, so help me." She warned playfully. "Sorry mom." Hunter muttered and sat down with his head hung like a scolded puppy. After I greeted the kids I sat down next to Hunter, ruffling his hair and kissing his cheek. He looked at me and I winked then I reached over and grabbed his hand and intertwined our fingers. He looked down at our hands and smiled. Lynette started to bring the food in and I was amazed, how did she have the time to do all this? She must have gotten up at the crack of dawn. There was all sorts of food, all homemade too! There was baked french toast, hash browns, eggs, turkey and regular bacon, blueberry muffins, biscuits, sausage gravy, fruit and grape juice. Have I mentioned how much I love this woman? After breakfast we all sat in the livingroom, Bing Crosby singing White Christmas softly in the background. Leo handed me the few small things that they got me which I told them not too, maybe thats where Hunter get's hus stubborness from. Shh, don't tell them I said that!

Hunter's POV

Eleanor gave my parents the presents. It was some scrapbooks with pictures of Natalie, Bella and Josh. My mom started crying looking at the pictures. She got up and pulled Eleanor into a hug. Now it was my turn, here goes nothing. I got Eleanor an Alex and Ani bracelet that had a charm for a new mother on it. "Hunter it's beautiful, thank you." She said leaning over and kissing me. "You're welcome, but there's more." I said smiling. "Hunter." She questioned. I pulled out the box and handed it to her. She gasped. "Hunter, you didn't" She said looking at the box. "Well open it and find out sweetheart." I said looking at my mom and returning the smile and was giving me. She opened it and her eyes filled with tears. "Hunter, this is amazing." She said sniffling. "Here let me put it on you." I said taking it out of the box, she turned and moved her hair to the side. I clasped it and kissed the back of her neck. "Well how does it look?" She said turning around. "Beautiful." I said smiling and leaning in to kiss her. What a great Christmas.
