Background: Born in The City of Palun in Peoples Republic of Anflusia. Escaped from the nation at the age of 11 to Valaran Occupied Anflusia. Founded floating in the river by a patrol then taken to Colonel Sir Maro Lfante where he was treated.
He was showing unusual signs of faster regeneration and superhuman reflexes, an investigation was started by Valaran Military Intelligence Corps.
After the investigation, where he is thought to be an experimental super-soldier by the PRA. His Grace Duke-General Arien V of House Leonwald heard of this and decided to recruit him to Imperial Valara Foreign Legion at the age of 11. Where he served the Legion for 2 years and got 2 decorations and his citizenship then he was transferred to the Ministry of Intelligence's Special Operation Group 7 where he took part in Operation Wetwork.
After a year in SOG 7, he was transferred again to SOAR and commissioned into an officer. Took part in Operation Skydaggers and Operation Windbreak
In his 2nd year, he was contacted by agent Senn to infiltrate a known rebel base of operations near the Prim Royal Highschool. This rebel group is known as Valaria Democratic Front (VDF). Flt. Fera would attend Prim Royal Highschool as a student and gather information about the VDF plans.
