Chapter Fourteen

(Bill)

My eyes open to Dipper crying over me.

"Baby... I'm ok..." I whisper.

"B-Bill...?" He gasps.

He hugs me tightly.

"Th-They c-captured us... Will's managed to escape to find help but-"

"What hap-"

"Grab the brunette!" A vampire in a red suit snaps.

An agent grabs Dipper and tries to yank him away from me.

I hold onto Pinetree's arm and he weakly clutches onto me.

"Don't let go!" Mason yells.

"I won't!"

"Let go, or make the consequences," a cold voice says.

Everyone stops moving.

A vampire with dark red hair grins at us.

One of his eyes is silver, the other, a pale pink.

"I've always wanted to experiment on a Half-Turned."

I pull Mason into a protective hug.

"I will NOT let you hurt him," I growl.

He laughs.

"I'm Kans," he winks.

"Stay away," I snap.

The guards step toward us, but Kans shakes his head.

"I'll take care of it. You're dismissed," he says, waving his hand.

The vampires leave, and Kans grabs Dipper's arm.

He yanks Dipper from my arms.

I try to summon magic, but...

Kans grins at me.

"You can try to summon magic, but-"

"Let him go!" I yell, standing up.

"I'd be careful," Kans warns, pressing a gun against Mason's head.

I step back.

I know I shouldn't do this but...

I channel my anger into magic and...

...

I'm Kans.

(Dipper)

Kans' skin becomes a pale white.

"Bill! NO!" I yell.

"I'm sorry Pinetree, but..."

Kans presses the gun against his own forehead.

"Bill! Stop!"

"Pinetree... This is for your safety." Kans says in Bill's voice.

"Bill... Don't. Don't stoop to their level."

Bill's body shakes and he sighs.

"Fine."

Kans' body falls to the ground as he regains control of his own body.

"You're quite powerful..." He laughs.

"Let's see if you can take control of a Feral," he grins, grabbing me.

I scream as he bites into my neck, pushing a burning liquid into my bloodstream.

I collapse to the ground in pain.
