A young Sapphire the only one that exists, the one that never left her diamonds side everyday was the same till she arrived on earth took in by two humans and soon meeting the crystal gems how does she hide her gem side from them she enjoys this mad...
"WHAT how dare they I will make them pay" "GAH" she fell to the floor something was off it was like she was fighting herself,
"Do I really care My diamond is everything those humans are nothing to me" "What they mean so much to me why did I say that OH NO"
Her arm was a deep shade of red, she pulled her self to her mirror as she couldn't stand up then she saw it her whole left side was red she was becoming the beast

"NO STOP" she knew what was happening she was mad and she was struggling to keep control this was what happens to any gem that was made on THAT planet there were very few that were made there though they were only ever Allowed in White Diamond or Yellow Diamonds court and ruling as they were the only Diamonds Physically and mentally capable of controling and helping them, they would be trained as often as possible to keep calm Sapphire hated it this was the form she dreaded and this was only half of her gone she knew she wasn't gonna last long but she had to luckily she wasn't in her Homeworld dress as that was what the spikes on her leg were for she could swing her dress and poof gems through being impaled on spikes that whole dress was just spikes when the Beast was completely there.
"Don't you dare take control I'm not even that mad I'm fine" "Your lying give up let me help I can fight so much more then you can trust me I'm your friend" "NEVER" this happened often she would argue and she couldn't even poof herself as the beast would reform instead. "I have to go and get them I have to I need to" She pulled herself up grabbed her bag and headed off to the beach if they wanna fight they can fight.
She made it barley as she hates how she looked. "So your here" Garnet said "Duh of course I'd turn up though don't anger me any more as I'd rather not have to fight" "Why are you looking like that it's frightening" Steven said stepping back he looked scared "When I said I can change to the beast this is only half of it" "You have spikes on your legs that's so cool" "Amethyst can you not" "Sorry P"
"Just give them back NOW they are humans they can't help you out at all and I thought you were meant to be the good guys hmm not the bad guys" "WE ARE THE CRYSTAL GEMS we are the good guys the Earth is worth protecting, the diamonds should never think they can get away with wanting to destroy it, I take up my mother's legacy and her gem and I will help protect Earth!" Steven shouted "Oh well I would like to suggest the path in which we don't fight as I'd rather not shatter anyone" "You really think you can win dude there are more of us then there are of you" Amethyst said laughing Sapphire's skin turned more red "Oh really now are you really asking to fight what a stupid little Defect" "RAH" Amethyst grabbed her whip and tried to attack Sapphire which easily failed when she grabbed the whip and threw Amethyst into the Sea. "Huh what's going on" "Lapis, peridot it's not safe here she's a Homeworld gem-" "I know I figured it out especially now just don't fight she will win she's designed to be able to shatter any gem who attacks her" Peridot shouted to the crystal gems, "Yeah right" Amethyst tried again failing again. "Amethyst wait we should listen to Peridot she could be right" Steven shouted to Amethyst who still wanted to fight "Aww haven't seen you in ages Peridot Facet-2F5L Cut-5XG, I'm still surprised you would leave us you was a great Technician but too bad you left and even called Yellow a Clod, My diamond was extremely amused when she heard about it, so very funny we had a grand laugh" "Just don't hurt anyone please" "I won't unless they decided they want to carry on keeping my Mothers hostage" Sapphire shouted towards the Crystal gems "WAIT WHAT Steven is that true" Lapis Exclaimed walking to Steven "Lapis I can explain" Steven quickly said turning to her, "I thought you lot were nice just give her them back and let her leave that's all you need to do, I've met gems like her she's dangerous, everyone who was made on her planet is made that way" Lapis said mad she flew to peridot who kept back out of the way "Fine" "Steven what are you doing" Pearl asked He gave Sapphire her parents and they all left grabbing everything that was left on the beach and went home. "Are you serious I could of took her down" "Amethyst she could of shattered you she even threw you twice your lucky she didn't crack your gem" Pearl explained "P if we don't get her we are dead" "I know but-" "We could try to befriend her again and this time we know the truth so she has less things to hide" Garnet said "Hmm I guess but Garnet she could still want us shattered" pearl said to her "I want words with her anyway I need to know more information" Garnet stated "I can try to talk to her as I wasn't one of the ones who attacked or threatened her" Lapis stated glaring at the crystal gems "Me two we can go and try together" Peridot said grabbing Lapis' hand "If you think it could work you might as well try" Steven said to the two Gems
Lapis picked up peridot and flew off towards town, they flew all over housed for signs of where she could be they found her quite quickly Sapphire was in her Garden shooting targets she still looked mad as her arm was red.
"Do we fly straight to her or knock on the door" "Knock she could shoot us and I don't want you to not be able to fly" "True" lapis landed putting Peridot down and went to the door "Hello who is- Oh! it's two gems what do you want?" One of the mother's said "We would like to talk to Sophia" peridot said "Why should I trust you" "Were not like them and it will be quick" Lapis explained "Fine" her mother allowed the two gems in and they waited not long later Sapphire entered the house walking straight towards the two gems "Well well well if it isn't lapis and peridot" "We just want to talk" Peridot quickly said "Fine follow" they went to her room to talk most likely as she wanted to talk in private.
"What a plain room" Peridot said looking around "I am from white diamonds court everything is pure and flawless" The two gems sat on her bed she sat on her chair at her desk she crossed her leg over and asked glaring, "So what did you two want" "We don't want a fight at all ok we just want to talk don't worry" Lapis explained calmly "We would never do what the others did like seriously are they so stupid" "Peridot hush" "You know Peridot I am basically doing your job as of you failing to complete the simple task given to you even if I crashed I still did my task" "*Gulp* umm well you probably would of done better at the task anyway" Peridot said and looked down "All I want to do is go home, leave, get off this miserable planet" "That's what I wanted to do but I like Earth it's nice here, beautiful nature, cute animals quite nice but it's still difficult to feel safe" "Would make sense the diamonds will arrive one day they still want the cluster though they do know it won't emerge on it's own-" "WAIT WHAT HOW DO-" Peridot panicked and said but was cut off "I told them this was my task idiot geez simple enough to figure out" "O-oh" "Can we not have name calling" Lapis said "What did you want to talk about then" "Friendship-" "No!" "What? why?" "No point if the diamonds do arrive and succeed everyone will die and be shatterred done and dusted" "Why else " "They want me shattered-" "No us, be friends with us WE didn't do anything" "I guess but still you still gonna end up being shattered for lapis staying on Earth and Peridot failing a simple mission and then calling Yellow a Clod" Peridot just stared after all this time on Earth she actually forgot.
"Homeworld is horrible! I realised that now that's why I stayed, I tried to get back now I'm stuck here again that's what happened!" "Then come back with me forget Earth and pledge your loyalty back to the Diamonds they can always use more Era 1 gems as most were shattered in the war! hmm?" Lapis looked down "That's what I thought don't bother, all I want to do is find my way back! that's all! I don't care about the Earth" "Why do you care so much, why Homeworld it's so weird and confusing" "My whole life is dedicated to my diamond I'm not giving up in that now I will never give up" "What would happen if I went back now" "Don't know but not instant shattering as your still useful to them" "Oh..." "Lapis you can't be thinking of still going back there" Peridot said turning to Lapis grabbing her hand "I-I don't know anymore" "Just think about it that's the best choice you have right now" Sapphire said to her Lapis stood up and left. Peridot quickly followed Lapis and they left and lapis flew them back.
"I wonder what I could get for getting an era 1 gem to help Homeworld and be loyal again" Sapphire said to herself. She went to the mirror and looked she was back to normal which was a relief at least they were fun to talk to though they don't have much in common. She wrote in a book of what had happened that day which was very stressful and then wrote up bits in a report of what could be helpful or useful to her diamond of information on the crystal gems and on the beast.
It was late she looked and her parents had gone to bed so she changed and fell asleep she had no visions and didn't dream that night.
