Sneak Peak

Here so I decided to give you a little hint on what's going to happen in the book.

I had followed closely behind her, wondering where she was headed. She has been acting strange lately, which confused me because what did she have to be strange about. She had everything she ever wanted, fame from publishing her first book, money and a whole lot of it, she even got herself a car, an expensive looking one. So what does she have to hide? Why was she acting strange? All questions that would soon be answered.

She drove down the road and drove towards the bridge, where she finally came to a stop.

"What is she going to do now?" I asked my self then ask the cab man to stop. She stepped out of her first car, slammed the door shut, walked over to the edge of the bridge.

"What is that lady doing?" the cab man asked.

"I don't know but I'm about to find out" I answered then stepped out of the car.

"Hyuna!!" I called out to her. Cars continue to pass ignoring the girl who had now climbed the ledge "What are you doing? Get down from there"
She turned her face towards my direction, it was stained with sweat, tears and wait was that blood I saw.
"Don't... You can't do this" I said moving a little closer, fear that if I moved any further she might jump into the body of water swaying below her. Knowing I couldn't do anything to save her but beg and beg made me fall to my knees and cry.

Finally another car stopped to see her standing there. The driver got out of the car, walked over to me.

"Please do something, please" I begged him, but I knew he couldn't do anything, no one could.

"I'll call the police or something. Just hold on" the driver said.

Police? What could they do? Nothing. They couldn't do anything before which is why we ended up here.
She looked at me once more, not moving, not breathing, not saying anything. And Jumped.
