Chapter 2: Its Time to Go

Drake ran outside the dressing room looking for some help.

“Drake, don’t run you could trip, and tell Nicki to hurry up she's...”

“Nicki’s cold...and...and...”

“Calm down Drake what happened”

“Rebecca I just walked in and she was just laid there on the floor....so cold...” Drake said almost crying.

“Ok well I’ll go get help” Rebecca said running off. Drake returned to Nicki’s Dressing room there was no one there yet so he closed the door and sat down next to Nicki and held her hand.

“Please wake up Nicki, I can’t live without you, I...I...I love you, your hair, your smile, your body and your voice, the most beautiful voice I have ever heard, please don’t leave me please.”Drake said as he cried.

“Dude, I can’t believe how much you love her”

“OMG Safaree please don’t tell her I'm begging you”

“It’s cool man”

“Thanks man”

“So what happ...”Before Safaree finish a lode of paramedics came running through the door, pushing Drake and Safaree out the door. They waited for a minute until one of the paramedics came out.

“Ms Maraj should be fine but we need to take her to the hospital till she wakes up, so would one of you like to come in the ambulance to the hospital?” The paramedic asked looking from Safaree too Drake.

“Drake you go in the ambulance I’ll follow in the car”

“Thanks mate”

“So what’s your name Drake...”

“Oooh no no no that’s ma stage name, my real name is Aubrey Graham.”

“Well Aubrey if you just follow me I will take you to the ambulance and ermm...” she said pointing at Safaree.

“Safaree”

“Thank you, you can bring your car round to the ambulance then follow behind”

“Yer sure” Drake followed the paramedic to the ambulance as Safaree ran quickly to the tour bus to get Nicki’s stuff and put it in the car then went round to where the ambulance was. Drake Saw the paramedics lift the bed into the back next to where Drake was sat. Then they set of to the hospital which was only 10 minutes away but felt like hours. When Nicki was in the hospital Drake went in to her room and sat on the chair next to her. The doctor walked in.

“Ms Maraj should wake up in an hour to 9 hours”

“Thanks” The doctor left. So drake reached out to Nicki's hand and held it. Drake was really tired even though it was 3:28, so he laid his head on Nicki's chest a few minutes later Safaree walked in.

“Ohh sorry man I’ll just wait outside”

“Nah its ok” Drake said as he lifted his head off Nicki's chest

“No I’ll wait outside cos I wanna lie down and there’s only 2 chairs in here”

“Oh ok I’ll tell you when she awake”

“Cool” Safaree headed outside to lay on the long couch outside the room closing the door behind him. Drake lay his heads back on Nicki's chest and fell asleep.

Nicki woke up to a blinding light shining into her eyes. Closing her eyes realised there was something heavy on her chest, she felt around it was a head, drakes head.

“Drake, Drake wake up” No answer “Drake” Nicki said a little louder shaking his shoulder and rubbing his head.

“Huh Nicki you awake” Drake lifted his head up.

“Yer how longs it been and what happened”

“You tripped or sumat and got knocked out when you fell you've been out for about 3 n a half hours” he said as he hugged her.

“Wow, oww my head it hurts, kiss it better please” Nicki said with puppy dog eyes. Drake lent over gently pushing her hair away from her face and planted a kiss on her forehead. Drake pulled away a lent in to kiss her cheek but Nicki thought he was done so just as he was about to kiss her cheek turned her head to face him and got a kiss on her lips, she instantly felt a warmth run through her body as they touch but it was all over when Drake realised he’d just kiss her lips, he pulled away and ran out so quickly Nicki didn’t have time to say anything, she just started cry so she pulled the covers over her head.

“Dude where you goin, is Nic awake”

“Yer she awake I don’t wanna talk right now so I'm going home”

“A’right see you whenever then”

“Yer see ya” Drake headed out the door. Safaree got up and went in to Nicki's room to see her under the covers. He walked over to her and pulled the covers of her head to find her eyes filled with tears rolling down her face.

“Nicki what up”

“Nothing it don’t matter I just wanna go home”

“A’right I’ll go tell em were leaving” Safaree went out and came back after a few minutes and helped Nicki out of the hospital in to the car.
