~ Part three ~ Missing ~

I got dressed up in some clean clothes and met Kate outside just as G' pulled up in his black sports car. "Get in bitches! we're going for Fro-yo~" He rolled down the window as he spoke and smiled at us, If it wasn't for the sun glasses he was wearing I could have sworn he winked at Kate.

On the way there, Kate cleared G' up on everything and he brushed it off as a class prank and changed the subject. figures.. 

We arrive at the Frozen Yogurt place and go inside, we grab our little bowls and go to get some Yogurt, I got a bit of chocolate, a bit of strawberry, and a bit of Cookies-n-cream. ahhh Yes! I looked over to see how Kate and G' were doing and saw they were feeding each other with the little sample spoons, making kissing faces at each other and I Couldn't take anymore of their cute shit! 

"HEY! get some fro-yo already, otherwise itll all melt and the store will close down before you two finish." I snapped and tapped my foot on the ground impatiently. They got the point and got their yogurt, G' got a lot of vanilla and chocolate. while Kate got red velvet, cheese cake, and peanut butter. Weird mix of flavors but she loved it. we then got our toppings and paid for the food before eating! 

As we ate we played a game of Uno. 

"So- tell me again, this 'hacker' guy- sends you a message" G' plays a red 8

"Yeah, he told me that the 'other hacker' was bad news and I shouldn't answer to the files anymore, even though I never have??" I shrug and play a green 8

"Well maybe he, or she is talking about you going nuts-o trying to find the source, and even asking people around campus about it!"  Kate added and played a green 3

"Oh well, maybe its right" G' played a wild and changed the color to yellow

"what?" I look at him and tilt my head, then played a yellow 5

"Look maybe the hacker man is right, you did go pretty crazy trying to find the source, and maybe this guy is bad news. I mean when has a hacker EVER tried hacking someone to the point of learning their victims name's and personal laptops?" G' finished, Kate played a yellow 3

"I guess your right-"  I stop myself from continuing on about it and watch G' play a yellow 8

"UNO!" G' yelled and I swear people outside turned at us to see what happened.

I laugh "you get way too excited over this game-" I lay down a wild, change the color to blue. 

"so what? Its cute when he gets happy over silly kid games!" Kate said and kissed G' on the lips sweetly, then she drew a few cards until she played a blue 0

"ew gross, get a room you two!" I laugh again and G' played his final card, stood up and screamed about being the winner of Uno, like it was this huge deal!

We got asked to leave after that which was sad but oh well, I finished my yogurt so the only loss was that uno game. we headed home and I stumbled into my room, I didn't notice being this tired before we left.. I'm not sure what I was doing but before we left I must have left blue thread on my bed? strange.. Didn't even know I owned that stuff. It was also on my laptop, the top of my closet door and hanging off of my ceiling fan... creepy.. I shrugged it off and laid down on my bed, falling asleep almost instantly.

and when I woke up, I had a lot of messages on my phone, Kate trying to get a hold of me, telling me she got lost, G' got picked up by some really pale gang members and she hasn't seen him sense. oh man.. 

I get up and run out of the room, I saw kate on the couch crying and talking to a police officer. 

"Please tell me EXACTLY what you saw, one last time-" 

"I TOLD YOU LAST NIGHT!" Kate cried out, Wiping a streak of tears off of her cheek. "I-" She paused "I told your guys last night.. Gerald was-.. w-walking me home.. and These guys showed up out of no where. and I mean N-No where!" she stopped and blew her nose into a tissue, one of many that laid out on the couch with her. 

"yes, we know, but what didn't you tell us? not everything makes sense, you said you saw them go into an alley way, then they were gone? please explain." the officer asked her, writing notes into a little book. 

"I told y-you everything I know!" She sniffed "Gerald was taken, and I don't know where! but please...P-please find my Boyfriend..." She pleaded with the officer who looked tired. he got up, said goodbye and left. 

"whoa- Kate I'm so-" 

"DONT." she cut me off, glaring daggers into me "WHERE WERE YOU!!!? Y/N I NEEDED YOU! ME AND GERALD GOT JUMPED AND ATTACKED! I COULD HAVE GOTTEN SHOT, GERALD IS PROBABLY DEAD AND YOU COULDN'T EVEN ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONE?" she looked hurt as she screamed at me, not the kind of hurt like 'my boyfriend is missing' but the kind of hurt like 'my best friend betrayed me' and I wasn't sure how to react to that.

"Kate- Ill find him... I promise.. Ill make it right, okay? Ill make it right.." I sit next to her and she clung onto my arm, sobbing into my shoulder. all I could do was rub her back and tell It'll be okay, and Ill make it right. It felt like lies to say something like that but it was all that would make her feel better..
