OH SHIT! I didn't remember I set my phone alarm but it reminded me when it went off and sent me falling out of my chair and onto the ground beside my desk. I sigh and rub the side of my head. what time was it...? I check my phone to see I had slept through my other alarms and this was my third 'WAKE UP YOUR LATE' alarms. oops.

I hurried up and got dressed and ran out the door to the school, thankfully I lived across the street from the college so there wasn't TOO big of a chance I was going to show up late and miss everything important.. 

After reaching the school I stopped in the hallway to see my friend Kate standing by a door and waving for me. "About time you made it!" She scolded me and crossed her arms.

Kate was nice but she had an attitude. she had milky brown skin and black hair pulled up into a bun with a pencil sticking out of it, her bangs hung just above her left eye and of course she had several strands sticking out which made her hair look all messy. she wore casual clothing which normally meant wearing a black T-shirt and jeans everyday with bright red sneakers to boot (HA).

"Look I'm sorry but I had to stay up- My computer was acting funny again and I had to figure it out, otherwise why even try working with computers?" I reply and looked around, most of the people in our course were just standing around waiting.

     "Yeah- Mr. Filtch is out sick today so everyones just lost wondering what to do I guess, I stayed here to wait on you and Gerald." Kate ended with licking her lips after saying Gerald, ew.

     "oh- well thats nice.. I really needed some advice but I guess it helps not being late. again..." I sigh and lean against the wall, I didn't plan for this, oh well.

"YO LADIIESSS" I heard a deeper voice, male. He slid around the corner and came into view, it was Gerald. yaaaay... 

See the thing with Gerald was that he dressed to impress, but no one was impressed. at least I wasn't anyway. He had dark, messy brown hair that covered his ears but not his eyes. a cheerful smile and a white dress shirt with a light blue vest over it, black pants and black shoes. he always dressed fancy even if he was just running down to the dollar store for more cheap noodles..

After that we all went out to lunch and hung out, went to our other classes and went back to the house to relax, or if you're me, work!

I sat down at my computer with the box of chinese takeout on my desk along with all the others, I noticed a new file opened on its own with a note in it. weird. I open the note and saw all that was written was

'ERROR_MESSAGE_01001000_01001001_010110010010111101001110_SOURCE_LOST_'

whoa. weird. I slurp a single noodle into my mouth and start looking around, what kind of message was that? It looked like Binary code but when I went through it all I got was

'ERROR_MESSAGE_H_I_Y/N_SOURCE_LOST_'

 okay not THAT is creepy.. how did It know my name..? Probably just a hacker, or it was Kate messing with me. I stood up and walked into the living room and saw her and Gerald making out on the couch, I backed away slowly, aaaalright, not kate.. but It could be a hacker, another bad thing was this 'hacker' has messed with a LOT of my code ive been working on in my computer, some of my programs have started messing up, and Yeah this has been going on for a good month or so but STILL! its annoying.. 

Who would do this? I don't think I'm very interesting, or smart, or even cleaver. I never did anything bad so blackmail is off the table but why would they? even hackers have a drive that pushes them to do what they do, so what was pushing this person into hacking into my computer? Ill find out soon, trust me. 

AND THAT IS WHERE I LEAVE OFF!

I hope you all will like this as much as you liked my last book- I'm still getting the hang of writing Lmao.
