Cynthia stood beside her new comrade, the Black Rayquaza ready to battle the next pokemon Anthony would call upon.  Anthony dropped his  trusty pokeball onto the surface of the tower and released a hungry Beartic.  Rauquaza inhaled its breath deeply and released a large ball of electricity; The hit ran through his heart. Beartic crashed onto the floor of the tower. “You're good at this Cynthia. I

taught you well.” “I learned from the best,” Cynthia replied. “Well, only one ideal can survive

after this battle,” Anthony sighed with disappointment. “Let's hope the best one survives. Anthony ”tossed out another pokeball at Cynthia. His pokeball levitated and was swiped

right from his hands by the puppet master. Why did you do that?” I have a much better purpose for

you,” the master explained his sudden action casually. A large black shadow circled around

Anthony's body, fire burned in his pupils, his eyes became bloodshot red, the sky around him began to turn dead black, then the seal on the tower broke; A loud shattering sound of glass echoed, thunder rumbled in around them, striking the surrounding minarets, the spheres lit with large glows of energy and broke into several pieces. The puppet body turned into ashes and was blown away by the wind. Cynthia mourned the loss of the professor, but that wasn't her problem at the moment. A narrow opening in the tower emerged. A large black-red serpent slithered out of  the portal. Large trails of slime and black fire followed it. The serpent hissed loudly in a loud echo with constant ear blasting screeching.  The red eyes of the serpent glowed with a unusual mist, Cynthia jumped back

at the hideous sight of the serpent. “Horocrux, the  soul-eater,” Anthony identified. “That thing..no it's too late.” “You did a good job battling me, but it's over now, Cynthia.”  Horocrux meditated, lifting the three minarets in mid-air and tossing it at her. Rayquaza dodged and destroyed the objects, sparks of fire and chunks of rock were hurled about. “Looks like I can't reason with you now,” she said apologetically.

Ash and Dawn ran as quickly as they could, not stopping for a break. Their stamina brought them to the

near top level of the tower. The two halted in front of a man who locked their way. Ash asked for the man to get out of the way, but he did not respond. “I can't do that, this is my town, and it's my responsibility to help this city prosper.” Are you the gym leader? If you are, then you have to let us through so we can save the city,” Dawn pleaded. Yes I am, My name is Zike, but

I'm afraid you're mistaken. You see, I let Team Renegade into the city, I wanted them to take over and help us live forever.””You bastard!” Ash called out his pokemon to battle. In return, Zike called out his:

two plague Gardevoirs. Ash called upon his Lucario while Dawn

summoned her Giratina to battle.

Iris sat on the center table moaning. Brock furiously tried to treat the wound inflicted. The

surrounding assistants shouted for tools and equipment to help. Iris

waved her hand for Brock to stop helping her. “It's okay Brock, you don't need

to help me any further,”Iris choked. “But.. but.” “It's too late for me,” Iris

shook her head. “What can we do then?” Brock begged. “Save as many as you can”Iris said before losing her breath. Iris closed her eyelids shut, never to open again. Brock slowly placed the blanket over her head, The surrounding helpers gathered the leftover equipment and let other

injured pokemon and people in. Brock leaned against the wall. He

decided to be a doctor the day he ended his journey in Sinnoh. Not
