being best friends with the playboy of the school has its ups and downs. an up being that i actually know what he's like, a down being every single girl harassing me for being friends with him. life is great, believe me.

it's not all that terrible. it's been worse, so nothing i can't handle. but like every cliché story out there, i'm in love with my best friend. so yes, his spell worked on me. but obviously mine didn't, so there's that.

woohoo, go me. stay single for the rest of your life trying to chase after ten.

ten's a cool guy, he's laidback. he isn't someone who cares a lot about people's opinions so if you try to insult him he'll laugh with you. so trying to insult him may not be the best idea. if you insult me though, i'll punch you in the throat without a second thought.

anyways, he's oblivious to my feelings. he still sleeps around and dates girls for a few days before breaking up with them. but if he does know about my feelings, i'm screwed and he's still doing his playboy things to watch me suffer and to subtly tell me he doesn't like me like that. though, bold of me to assume he liked me in the first place.

the only thing about our friendship is that we throw around 'i love you's carelessly. for example, whenever he leaves my house or i leave his, we end up shouting 'i love you!' in a joking manner which doesn't help my suffering heart. at all.

to him, we're just friends and nothing more. to me, he's a crush and i wish we were something more. it sucks to be in love with someone who probably doesn't love you back. it really does, especially if that person is your best friend. cause then everything gets to a whole new level of complication, pain and suffering. yikes. but hey, isn't that my love life in a nutshell?
