"Sunhoo, cmon, let's sit down somewhere."
We both sat down on a small brown bench, quiet and motionless. It was vaguely familiar.
I couldn't. I couldn't tell him. I can't trust him. I can't trust anyone anymore. It's not fair. It's not fair how he's allowed to break my trust, and just leave me to attempt to pick up the pieces.
"I'm sorry Geon, I can't. I'm not in the right place at the moment. Could you forget about everything that happened in the past couple of minutes please? Thanks. See you."
I rushed off before he could say something. Before he could open his mouth to object. I ran. Down the corridor. With my head down.
But that's the thing with running with your head down. You don't see people around you.
Suddenly, I collided with a chest, the impact causing me to fall over.
That was vaguely familiar too.
"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry!" The voice spoke, attempting to help me up.
The voice was deep, it was obviously a guy. He wore the school uniform, with a blue jacket on. His eyes were bright, framed behind glasses, similar to mine. Light freckles scattered his face and a small, faint smile tattooed his face. He was pretty.
"I.. I'm sorry. I wasn't looking were I was going. Are you hurt?" I stammered out, gathering myself and standing up, staring at this breathtaking boy in front of me.
"The important question is are you ok?" He chuckled nervously. "You're eyes are puffy, are you ok?"
"No, not really. Just a bad day I guess." I smiled nervously, attempting to hide my bloodshot eyes.
"Well, Clumsy, if you ever need me, I'm here. I think your in my year too."
He looked me in the eyes before waving off.
"I'm Kai by the way. I'll see you around."
I walked away, round the corner, out of sight.
Kai.
Fuck these feelings.
