Christmas week/ Birthday

**Aaliyah**

"Get up Riley!" I hit him with the pillow in frustration. He shot out the bed groaning.

"What women what??" He said.

"This stupid baby won't shut up for nothing!!"

"Did you try feeding her-"

"Him" I corrected.

"Did you try feeding him" He said.

"Yeah" I rolled my eyes and sat on the bed tired.

"What about changing him?"

"I tried everything Riley, he just won't shut up"

"Okay calm down" He said. "Maybe it's a malfunction, we should email our teacher" He walked over to his laptop and brought it to me.

"Why do i have to do it?" I asked.

"Fine I'll do it" He sat next to me and started typing. "So yeah hey, i thought i wouldn't need any assistance but i do" He typed and read aloud. "So me and my wife or whatever you call it, is having trouble with this stupid baby-"

"You can't call it stupid, stupid" I said.

"Fine" He deleted the word with a huff. "With this plastic baby" He continued. "It's crying for no apparent reason. We've fed it, bathed it, and changed it. What else is there to do? Sincerely your students Aaliyah and Riley" He finished the email and sent it.

"Now while we wait what should we do?" I asked.

"We could make out...." He smirked.

"I meant with the baby dimwit" I rolled my eyes.

"We could stab it"

"No we can't"

"What about-"

"No" I stopped him. "No hurting, killing, injuring, stomping, or punching"

"Well then i don't know what to do" He shrugged.

"Take the batteries out" I suggested.

"Okay" He grabbed the baby and took the triple A batteries out. I laid back down and got under the covers. Riley joined me.

"What day are you leaving?" I asked.

"What do you mean?"

"Remember our teacher said we get to go back home for Christmas week"

"Oh... well I'm staying here. My parents are going to Hawaii Christmas weekend"

"You're family is pretty rich, why do you come here?" I asked.

"Because i don't want to live off my parents image" He shrugged. "So what day are you leaving?"

"Today......"

"Time?" He asked.

"Four" I closed my eyes. " You can come if you want"

"Really?"

"Yeah" I said as i fell deeper into rest.

"You're eve-" But i didn't hear the rest. I just needed to sleep.
