"HAE SUK!"
They saw Hae Soo lying in the floor with bruises in her body and a little bit of blood.
"Hae Soo!" Han Sung shouted as he shook Hae Soo awake
Her eyes opened a little, letting a groan as she tried to stand up
"What happened?" Hae suk said with
worried visible in his face and voice
"The man that I fought last time just pay me a visit" Hae Soo said while groaning attempting to sit properly
"What? I'll make them face their consequence" Han Sung said as he stand up and was about to go outside
"No your highness" Hae Soo said as she held Han Sung back and She look at her brother
"But they hurted you" Han Sung said as he kneel down beside Hae Soo
"Listen, you are a prince and you can't act without thinking" Hae Suk said to his highness as he knew her sister would say the the same
"You should go now your Highness" Hae Soo said while standing up
"Why? I Just got here" The prince said but Hae Soo
"Remember, the Ritual will be happening when the moon is full so you need to prepare yourself" Hae Soo said as she held the prince hands
Those eyes are so beautiful...i am drowning in it Han Sung thought and just nod his head
"Promise me that when I return you are healthy and fine, okay?" Han Sung said while still holding her hands
Hae Soo held his hands to reassure him while Hae Suk just watch them
After that, Han Sung went to the palace once again and the Eunuch of the emperor came to him and went closer to his ears
"Your Highness, the emperor wants to see you"
He nods her head and went straight to the room of the emperor while Hae Suk followed him
"What do you think he needs to you, Your Highness?" Hae Suk said as he maintain the distance between him and the prince
"I don't know also but I am not bothered by it" Han Sung said with a face that was different from what Hae Soo saw for the past few days, a cold yet firm expression plastered from Han Sung's face as he entered the room of the Emperor
He walked and stopped with a space between the emperor and him
He bow a little to give respect to the Emperor
"What can I do for you Emperor?" He asked
"The Ritual will be held when the moon was full and the family of Wang from Baekje will come here to witness it" The emperor said as he grab the cup and drink from it
"I will do my best father" He said but the Emperor cut him
"Good. Make sure to impress your future Empress" the Emperor said causually
The Eyes of the prince widen
"Father, I want my Empress to be someone I love"
"And who will you choose? Someone outside the royal blood or just a person in the lowest from the hierarch?" The Emperor questioned him
"It doesn't matter as long as she has a good heart and knows how to be a real mother of the nation..mostly cares for her people" Han Sung said with braveness and determination
"Then, you can do that but just until the moon is full or should I say in 30 days when the Ritual will be held and if you don't find any then you got no choice" The emperor said as he dissmissed his son
Han Sung went out and Hae Suk asked him if what happened and he told him what his father planned for him
"Where are you going to find a woman that you love for 30 days?" Hae Suk said calmly but with worried tone visible to it
"If it's destined for me to find my love, I will find her within those 30 days and I am determined" Han Sung said as they enter his own room and changed his clothing to get ready to go out the palace
"What a brave prince" Hae Suk said quietly as he followed the prince who went out of the palace again with horse as they rush towards the sea side
They reached the sea side and both of them just strolled like friends with normal life and no ranks in their way
"Hae Suk, what if you are given a chance to change destiny or fate..." the prince paused for a while
"Will you change it?" He continued as they ride their horse in the shore
"No Han Sung" Hae Suk said without hesitation
"I will not change it because those things happened for it" Hae Suk said once again
"So you will just follow it and not do anything?" Han Sung said as he turned his head to Hae Suk
"I will not change it but I will make it one with me" Hae Suk said as he ride his horse while looking at the sunset
"What do you mean?"Han Sung said
"What I mean is that you won't change what's there for you because you are creating your own destiny" Hae Suk said as a smile formed in Han Sung's face
"Hae Suk! Let's have a competion of who will reach the boat right there!" Han Sung said as he pointed at the boat
Then Hae Suk started the race while yelling
"The last will have to do what the winner say! BYE HAN SUNG" he started to gallop faster while having the brightest smile in both of their faces
"Wait for me! That's cheating!" Han Sung said as he ride the horse faster to catch up with his friend
That day was the most memorable day with his bestfriend as they flee like two birds with the freedom to spread it's wings but a chain that will pull them back to reality they wish that never exist.
