You're the New One

You're the new one, my most recent risk

You're after my heart, forgive me if it feels hard to get

You're so different, I can tell by the way my lips get kissed

I'm sorry new one if I don't completely believe that I deserve this bliss

I like you a lot though and I'm trying to not resist

The damage I have, is going away because you're helping me forget

After everything that's happened surprisingly it's you I know I'll miss

Thanks for being a better kind of happiness
