nicole's PoV.
once i saw shawn was down to go to the park i changed into an oversized sweatshirt and leggings with nike slides and fuzzy socks. i walked downstairs and saw my mom "mom i'm gonna go on a walk and clear my mind, yes i know it's late but i have my phone and i meeting with shawn." my mom looked up at me "ShAWn? you nicole are meeting with shawn? yea okay! well come back before 2 or no more phone" i giggled at how she thought i wasn't meeting shawn even tho i was and gave her a hug and left. the park was down the street so it took no time getting there i sat down on a bench and waited for shawn.
*DING*
Shawn🔆: hey sorry it's taking a min aaliyah is questioning me
me: lol it's ok i have to be back home before 2
Shawn🔆: i'm coming now! be there in 5
me: okay.
after waiting 5 minutes i saw a person walking my direction and it was shawn "hey.." i said "Hello!" he said with a smile "so why'd you agree to come to the park with me?" i asked "because i feel terrible and aaliyah told me a secret of yours and i wanted to see if it was true.." he said " um... why do you feel terrible i gave you aaliyah back i don't want you or her to be sad or HATE me.." "i feel bad cause you and aaliyah are always together and when you're happy she's happy and when you're sad she's sad when you're angry she's angry etc. it's like y'all are sisters and i wouldn't want to steal someone's sister from them.." "BUT THATS WHAT I DID !!!" i said "no you didn't.. i was just being an asshole and i'm sorry.. forgive me please and be friends with my lil sis again cause she's broken and you look broken too." he said and that's when i realized he pays attention to what i look like, he knows when i'm happy, he can tell that i'm broken even though i tried to cover it up and it's dark. "you're forgiven my kind sir" i said with a semi smile "i'm gonna text aaliyah real quick" i said
me: hey, i'm sorry, i just thought you would be happier with shawn without me and i thought he would be happy too but obviously not .. i'm really sorry forgive me ?🥺
Bestie🥵😍❤️: ofc i forgive you.. now tell shawn he needs to be home in like 10 minutes!

i looked up and saw shawn looking at me "aaliyah said you need to be home in 10 minutes but i wanna know what secret she told you.." i said as i got his attention "you'll find out sooner or later" he said with a wink and i blushed a little "um okay well i'll see you tomorrow" i said as i got up "can i walk you home?" he asked "i mean if you want" i said "wellllllll i want to" we started walking and i almost tripped but shawn caught me as i was pulling away from shawn he gave me a hug "bye i'll see you tomorrow you should come over after school so we can all hang" he said "okay!" i said with excitement
"bye" i said as he walked away and i walked into my house "YOU WERE REALLY WITH SHAWN!!!!" my mom screamed with excitement laced in her voice "yea why would i have lied about that?" "i don't know" she said while laughing "well night mom i love you see you in the morning" "night my angel"
