Chapter 4

"What's so bad about your world?" I asked 

He shushed me softly

"Can I just hold you right now and forget all about my world and be in yours?" he asked

"You'll always be allowed in my world." 

"I have the key don't I?" He laughed 

And I hit him softly and fell asleep slowly

The Next Morning

 I woke up the next morning alone in an empty house I got up slowly and looked around at my surroundings

Bella and Sofia were passed out asleep in the room, Carter's gun was gone from the table but what was here was a note and a pocket knife with a bow on it

Thanks for letting me into your world but just as you fell asleep I had to go back into mine goodbye princesa de la noche- Carter

I smiled at the note and put it away as for the pocket knife I stuck that in my jeans

I got up and woke up Bella and Sofia and we walked home from there

"So you guys just fell asleep together like that?" Sofia asked

"Sofia shut up you hopeless romantic thats disgusting Bree your a cheater." Bella corrected

"Yeah I know I just need to break it off with Liam." I said kicking a rock

"Not gonna lie you and Liam were..." Sofia began but stopped

"How much do you even know about him?" Bella asked

"Enough." I said "I guess."

"Enough? What's his favorite color?" she asked

"I don't know..."

"Birthday? Middle Name? Heck do you even know his last name?" she asked frantically

"I don't know his birthday I don't know his middle name either and his last name is Prescott." I stated

"Alright whatever but be careful you barely know this guy he shows up out of no where and you start sleeping with him." Bella warned

"We didn't sleep together we slept together." I corrected

"What thats the same thing." Bella retorted 

"Lets stop talking about this." Sofia said abruptly

"Okay." I said

"Yeah and the fact that you were out past curfew." Bella shook her head

"Oh shit." I cursed remembering that

"Well your in trouble." Sofia said stopping in front my house and we all did 

I walked into the house slowly and there was my mom and she shook her head

"We were worried sick about you what happened!" She exclaimed hugging me

"I lost track of time and slept at Bella's house I forgot to call sorry." I lied

"Where is Bella?" my mom asked accusingly 

"Right there." I pointed to the window quickly Bella was walking down the road with Sofia 

"Okay I hope you know your grounded." she yelled as I made my way upstairs 

"Yeah." I yelled back 

"2 weeks." she yelled

I sighed a bit annoyed and took the knife out my back pocket and flopped onto my bed

I received a text

Carter: Hey

Me: wow you left pretty fast did we have a one night stand?

Carter: No trust me if we did you would remember 

Me: That's not funny why'd you leave

Carter: Can't tell you that

Me: Why?

Carter: Can't tell you that

Me: Do you even like like me

Carter: What do you mean by that?

Me: Like more than friend

Carter: Can't tell you that either ;)

Carter: Moving on

Carter: I have a surprise for you

Me: What type?

Carter: The type where I have to pick you up so Monday after school?

Me: We'll see

Carter: Yes we will
