Dan Thayer has worked as an attorney in the GrandIsland community for more than 25 years. He has also been active in localpolitics during that time, beginning with his service as National Committeemanwith the Nebraska Young Republicans from 1992 to 1994. Thayer has also servedas Hall County Chairman for Congressman Bill Barrett (1994, 1996), as Chairmanof the Nebraska Young Republicans (1995-1996) and as a Hall County Co-Chair forUS Senators Deb Fischer (2012) and Ben Sasse (2014).
