"Guess what?" My bestfriend Nina said as we were walking to our next class

"What!?" I asked her

"You know that there's a party held by some organisation and many people from our school will go there" she said excitement is visible from her voice

"And what about it?"

"Well, I'm going too and I want to ask you if you want to go with me" she said

"I don't know, I don't think I can go" as soon as I finished my sentence, nina calmed down

"Aww why? it would be fun if you came" she said sadness in her voice this time

"I don't know, I'll try to convince my parents about it"

"Yess please" nina jumped, I laugh at her action.

We soon arrived at her classroom, I bid goodbye to her then I went to my class. I walked in and I sat down in my usual spot.

Time skip>
I arrived at home finally after a long day of school, I went and changed my clothes then I went downstairs to meet with my family for the dinner

"Mom you want any help?" I asked my mom as I walk in the kitchen

"Yes, go and prepare the table" she said and I nodded before leaving her.

We put down everything before everyone sits on the table then we started eating. I remembered what nina told me in the morning so I decided to ask my parents

"Dad?" I said and my father hummed in respond before continuing "there's a party held in the town and nina wants me to go with her. I want to go" he quickly looked at me with a little bit of anger

"You know my answer already y/n, it's no, you know that I easily get worried about you" he said trying to control himself

"I'm 18 dad! I can take care of myself and also it's not too far and I'm with my friends I doubt that something bad will happen" I said trying to change my dad's mind but the look on his face told there's no point

"No means no end of discussion" he said  and went back to eating, I let out a sigh before standing up from the table to go to my bedroom not caring about my parents calling my name

I walked in before closing the door after me, I laid down on my bed face into my soft pillow. I kept turning around and I stopped when my phone went off, I took my phone to see how's calling.

"Hi nina" I said

"Hello y/n, what's wrong? why do sound down? What did they say about the party?" Nina asked

"You know my father and his reparative excuses" I said rolling my eyes

"That sucks, I'm sorry" nina said sounding sad through the phone

"It's okay, I don't think I'd have fun if I went to the party anyways" I said before letting out a sigh, it went silent after I sighed but the silence didn't last long

"Okay I have an idea, y/n i need to go"

"Nina wai-" i didn't finish my sentence because nina hang up, I shook my head before laying it back on my pillow

Moments later of doing nothing, my phone vibrated beside my head, I picked it up and I lit the screen up to see a message from an unknown number. I opened it and I started reading it.

Unknown:
Meet me tomorrow behind the school at 11 am

Don't worry, I'm not gonna harm you
