Y/n looked at Tko, who looked shocked. Shocked and angry.

"What was that for?!" He shouted.

"I-I'm sorry, it was a reflex!" Y/n stuttered.

"What?!" Tko exclaimed, confused.

"Y-You tried to pull out my ponytails and I-I reacted. I'm sorry." Y/n said. Tko scoffed.

"What's so important about those stupid ponytails?! You freak out any time someone even gets near them!" Tko said. He began reaching for them. "Maybe I'll take them down myself just to see what you're hiding."

"N-No! I'm not hiding anything!" Y/n stammered as she backed up. She backed into a wall.

Tko grabbed one of her pig tails and began pulling out the ponytail holding holding it up. She gasped and grabbed his wrist, trying to pull away. It didn't work.

Her hair l/s, s/c h/c hair flopped down on one side. Tko grabbed the other pig tail and pulled the ponytail holding it up out, and the rest of her hair fell. He looked at her confused.

"You're... Not hiding anything?" He asked. Y/n sighed and pulled off her glasses.

"I was hiding my looks." She said. "I... I'm ugly so I wear this stuff to try and look better..."

"Y/n... You're not ugly..." Tko said as he placed his hands on her cheeks. He looked into her eyes. She looked different without the glasses. She looked better. And her hair... It was so pretty when it was down...

"People tell me I am. They tell me that wearing this stuff will get me as close to pretty as possible, and that's not very close." Y/n said.

"You're pretty to me." Tko said as he placed his hands on her cheeks. "And like you said to me earlier, 'whoever thinks less of you needs to be pounded in the ground'."

Y/n smiled at him. She hadn't had her confidence boosted in quite some time. It was nice to finally feel a bit better about herself.

"Thank you, Tko..." Y/n said as she hugged him. Tko smiled and hugged her back.

"You're welcome." He mumbled. Now that he had given Y/n a good Valentine's day, confessed to her, and got a kiss, his job here was done. For now, at least.

Y/n felt Tko's body go limp as if he had just passed out. She frowned, confused. As she pulled him up, his eyes opened. Y/n noticed they had that familiar brown color in them once again. She smiled widely.

"KO!" She exclaimed, hugging him. KO's eyes widened at her sudden action. "Oh, you will not believe the day I had! So much happened! I met Tko and--" Y/n cut herself off noticing KO was staring at her, his eyes wide and a small smile on his face. She then realized something.

"You're so pretty, Y/n..." KO muttered, star-struck by her new look. Even if it wasn't that much of a change, KO thought it was so much more better. He was falling even deeper in love with Y/n.

"O-Oh, right. I forgot you liked me." Y/n said as she stood up. She helped KO up as well.

"You... Know?" KO asked. Y/n sighed.

"Tko told me. Tko did a lot of shocking stuff today." Y/n said. KO raised an eyebrow.

"Like what?" He asked.

"He kissed me, he told me you were in love with me, he told me he had a huge crush on me, he boosted my self confidence, and he punched Vance in the face." Y/n said.

"H-He kissed you?" KO stuttered. Y/n frowned and nodded sadly.

"I know you like me a lot and really want to date me, but... I like Tko." She said. KO furrowed his eyebrows and crossed his arms.

"He's the exact same as me. I don't see why you can't like me." He said. He sounded more heartbroken than he did angry.

"It's not like I don't like you." Y/n said as she placed a hand on KO's cheek and turned his face towards hers. "I like you. I might even have a small crush on you. Not big enough to want to date you, but I think I do have a tiny crush on you."

"Really?" KO asked, smiling happily.

"Really." Y/n smiled back. "Now come on. Lunch will over any minute and we'll need to get to class." Y/n said.

"Right." KO smiled and followed her into the hall.

KO looked at Y/n, who was walking up to her locker. He looked at her hair and smiled. She really thought she was ugly? KO thought she looked like an angel.

He felt butterflies in his stomach and his face warm up. He couldn't help but stare at her. She was so pretty.

He had to find a way to get her to like him instead of Tko. He fell in love with her first. Tko barely knew her for a few hours. There was no way Y/n could fall for him that fast.

KO knew the perfect way to get her to like him. She just needed to agree to it.

On the bus later that day, KO and Y/n sat in the back of the bus, playing with each other. The bus was getting closer to Y/n's stop, and the bus was pretty much empty.

"Hey, Y/n?" KO looked at her.

"Yes?" Y/n looked at KO as she pulled her hair out of the way. KO couldn't help but smile a little. She was so cute.

"I was wondering if I could come over to your house again." He said. Y/n frowned.

"I don't know. I'll have to ask my mom." Y/n said as she pulled out her phone. She looked up at KO for a moment before turning the screen away so he couldn't see it. KO frowned a little, confused, but shrugged it off.

After a moment, Y/n turned her screen off and put her phone away. KO smiled.

"Did she say yes?" He asked.

"She didn't answer. She's probably busy working. You can come over. She probably won't be home anyways. She never is." Y/n said as she mumbled the last sentence. KO's smile faded a little.

The bus came to a stop. Y/n grabbed her book bag and pulled the straps on her shoulders. KO grabbed his bag and followed her off the bus.

They walked inside. Y/n noticed the lights were on. She figured she probably left them on when she left school.

Y/n set her bag down by the couch and walked into the kitchen. As the two walked in, Y/n gasped, stopping in her tracks.

"M-Mom." Y/n stuttered, her eyes wide.
