Later on

Avni went for her regular treatment sessions along with Neil

They both have rented a flat in London.....from where they daily up down to the hospital for Avni's treatment.

With  Neil's support and unconditional love.. Avni was gradually recovering and showing positive signs.

Today Neil and Avni went to meet Doctor Henry to get Avni's report

Dr Henry : Congratulations Avni...your body is showing good response to the treatment....And I can say that You will surely recover very soon......

These words bring smile on the faces of Avni and Neil who were sitting in front of him in his cabin

Neil held Avni's hand in his....and they both shared a smile

Dr henry : Just bring her tommorow Neil....we will do the final part of her treatment.....that will decide her fate..

Neil : Doctor...Avni thik to ho jayegi na...Is there any complications....? Neil's concern was never ending for Avni

Dr Henry : Nothing to worry as such.....but yes the process is quite lengthy and a tough one....She has to go through a painful procedure.....But I am sure she will do it..right Avni...?

Avni nodded with a smile

Neil and Avni came back home

Avni was lost in some thoughts after returning back home

Neil's noticed her face expression and went near her

Kya hua Avni...tumhe darr lg rha hai.....?....he asked her cupping her face in his hands

Avni looked down with a sad expression on her face

Look at me Avni...meri taraf dekho.....Neil made her look in his eyes

Neil : You are strong Avni....Tum abhi tak ladti aayi ho....or ye akhri ladai hai jo tumhe ladni hai....Iske baad sirf khushiya hongi.....Or main har kadam pe tumhare saath hu...he consoled her

Avni looked in his eyes and saw the faith and the trust he has for her

Avni : Neil...agar..agar kal...kal  mu...mujhe kuch....kuch ho....avni was stammering with tears in her eyes....

Neil : Shhhhhh...(neil stopped her keeping his finger over her lips)...Nhi Avni...ek lavz bhi nhi......tumhe kuch nhi hoga....Jab tak main tunhare saath hu....Tumhe darne ki koi zarurat ni hai.....Neil tried to boost her confidence and consoled her

She hugged him tight to express her emotions

Neil hugged her back "Kal ka din humare liye bhot important hai Avni....or tum dekhna kal jeet humari hi hogi......he whispered in between the hug

The Day arrived when Avni has to go through the toughest part of her treatment

It can either cure her completely or destroy her to the core....

It was a long 2 hours session in which she had to go through a minor surgery to destroy that cancer cell from her body

Doctor enters the room where Avni was already present with Neil.

Are you ready Avni....doctor asked her

Avni was little scared and nervous which was clearly seen in her face.....
...but Neil held her hands and signalled her blinking his eyes

Yes...I am ready...she said holding Neil's hand
