Michael's POV
I looked at her then she looked back at me as the silence filled the plane and Bill was fast asleep as hurt as I was I couldn't help but adore her even though her eyes were filled with pain and heart break. She moved her head then stood up slowly I watched as she slowly walked towards me and sat upon my lap I swallowed hard refusing to let myself believe that she was here with me

"What are you doing Diana"

"Why? are you surprised?"

"I am surprised ... your- your married Diana. You shouldn't of jumped on my plane and you shouldn't be here sitting on my lap. This isn't good for whatever friendship or relationship we still have left"

"I'm married yes that is true, but I don't love him Michael I love you"

"I can't believe that you love me when you walked down the aisle with this man .. how could you love me ... you promised .. you broke that promise and you here isn't making things better it's just gonna make them worse ... when this plane lands I'm going to need you to say goodbye to me. I'll try to be your friend some way some how but how can I be your friend ..."

"I don't want you to be my friend Michael , You should believe I love you because baby I'm right here I'm with you I'm not with him I was missing you not him ... I know what I promised you and in some way I intend on keeping that promise"

Diana's POV
I looked into his dark brown eyes as tears filled them I couldn't help but want to hold him "Mrs.Naess" if he only knew how that marriage has been ... it's easy to fake the funk especially after you catch him with another woman wrapped around him. If I could take back my I do and run back into his arms I would god knows I would in a heartbeat. I didn't think I'd hurt him so much ...

"Diana?"

"Hmm? I'm sorry Michael but for you to sit here and think I don't love you is a lie entirely"

"If it was a lie ... you wouldn't be Mrs.Naess , Diana you'd be Mrs.Jackson"

Michael's POV
She picked up her hand and I looked away closing my eyes tightly the last thing I wanted to see was another mans ring on her finger. I opened my eyes slowly looking at her finger it was shining just as bright as the day I laid it upon her finger, my engagement rings

"You still have it on"

Diana's POV
I cupped his face slowly staring back into his dark brown eyes moving his face closer to mine he closed his eyes tight then put his head down. I just wanted to reassure him that I loved him. A kiss usually worked but for some reason he wasn't let it happen he wasn't giving into me..

"But nothing Michael look at me"

"I can't"

"Yes you can baby"

"Stop calling me that"

"Why"

"your just confusing me Diana"

"No"

"Yes Diana you are. Your supposed to be with your husband"

"What husband"

"Diana stop your wasting your time. I can't . I can't do it again this time"
