In my dreams

           

           

I'm alive I breathe

I eat

I drink

I sleep

But am I living?

I was in love with a rose

So, was everyone else

One day...

Life changed

Nothing was the same

One day

The light just faded

And left my life

I was left with darkness

Empty feelings

Little did I know my rose had thorns

While I was shooting for the stars,

I never thought my life would turn into a nightmare

But....

I'm alive

I'm breathing

I'm eating

I'm drinking

I'm sleeping

Though am I living?

Look

What can you see?

The thing my soul desires,

that which lover's heart fires?

My love for life expires

Because...

I fly in my dreams

I cry in my dreams

I smile in my dreams

I laugh in my dreams

I see a world divine in my dreams.

And in my dreams, I'm living.
