"So the project is due in a week and all you have to do is do a PowerPoint presentation with your partner sitting next to you." The teacher spoke pointing over at the smart board carefully explaining the instructions to this project.

Leaning my head on my arm, I side eyed the boy with the soft brown eyes sitting next to me. I was internally panicking yet surprised I talked to him so well when I first got here. I'm a shy potato so I find human interaction uncomfortable.

I can't work with him.

I just can't.

Aurora you have to stay calm.

Last night is still so vivid to me that I can't get it out of my head.

Why did it have to be him of all people? Why the boy with the soft brown eyes?

The anxiety inside began to slowly creep up.What if he recognizes me? What if he reports me to the school and I get expelled?!

When I realized he was the guy from last night I tried to keep it cool but I was already starting to fail miserably.

"Uh Aurora?" I felt a gentle poke on my left shoulder
making me snap out of of panicking thoughts. Those brown eyes were curiously staring back at me.

"Yeah?" I asked nervously clearing my throat and coming back to reality.

"Is the courtyard okay for us to talk about the project? We can bring our lunch out there since it't not that cold out." He said keeping eye contact with me.

"No yeah that's cool, I'll grab my lunch and meet you out there." I couldn't help but give him a little smile.

The bell rang indicating class was over and lunch was next. I couldn't help but get nervous and start overthinking. Yes that was one of my special talents and also why boys avoid me.

Grabbing my food, I navigated my way out the cafeteria doors by leaving through the back which led to the courtyard. I quickly scanned the place and noticed him taking a seat at one of the benches under a tree.

"Hey." I nervously said placing my tray down and taking a seat in front of him. He looked up at me and his face lit up making my heart melt.

"Oh hey." Keeping eye contact with me, a boyish smile began to spread on his face. Jeez I barely knew this guy, but I had butterflies in my stomach.

Before he could see the blush beginning to play on my cheeks, I began fiddling with my bag and pulling a notebook and pen out of it and placing it in front of me in a view where he could see.

"So um do you have any ideas for this pre-calc project?" I asked playing with the pen in my hand to distract me from the anxiety sitting in the pit of my stomach and to keep me from getting frostbite. I was out here in just a long sleeve since my coat was in my locker.

"I actually have no clue, but all I know is that we're getting that A at all costs." He chuckled taking a bite of his sandwich.

"Wow and here I thought smart kids were always ready to go when it came to projects." I teased feeling brave while rubbing my arms to get some warmth in. I was beginning to shake a little but I didn't want to say anything cause I didn't want to bother him.

"You know" He said proceeding to remove his coat "smart kids don't always wanna do the work." Standing up, he came over to my side and draped his coat on my shoulders while my eyes couldn't help but widen.

"Don't turn into frosty the snowman on me now Aurora." He laughed. His cute laugh was interrupted when I heard my name being called behind me.

"Aurora, what are you doing with one fourth of Sunwoo's possy?" I felt Wooyoung behind me as he laced his arm around my shoulder pulling me close to him while eyeing with annoyance the boy with soft brown eyes.
